Purchased and installed early 2022. It worked until recently but I don’t drive my truck that often as it is. Started getting the popping noise from it and verified the plastic gear teeth don’t mesh well and stripped. Going to just spend the money on OEM because everything I’ve used from Dorman lately has been no better than the absolute no-name stuff you can buy cheaper here on Amazon.

Product worked as it should I think if I had to take apart the dash to change my actuator, I would go with factory only but this was a quick fix for an easy location and service now for three months

Actuator failed in 2 weeks. Did not have time to install it right away or time to replace right away so of course my return time expired, by 8 days! Best part is that this is my 2nd go around replacing the same part within 4 months! Thought perhaps the first one might not have been installed properly, I was wrong, they are just garbage.

Buy OEM instead. I've purchased three of these in the last 2 years and the first one lasted about 2 years. The second lasted about 5 weeks, and I just put the third in today. I bought two cause they were cheap and I figured if my driver side actuator went out then my passenger side will eventually so I bought 2 at the same time, nope it was the driver side again. My return window closed on June 21st, otherwise I would ask for a replacement and not worry about it too much, but for the unlucky few who have to take apart their dash I would recommend spend the extra on OEM cause this one won't last.

It worked good for the first couple days then it stopped working as good because my truck would still make noises once or twice a week and when I went to return it I was past the return date

Started making noises (like the blend door was constantly moving) probably less than a month of being installed. Did not hold the blend door in correct position so I was not getting heat from driver side of car. I recommend just buying the OEM actuator and save the headache. I am past the return window and now have wasted my money

For heat/ cold blender, not direction blender,Australian pathfinder passenger side blender(top)takes 6hours to pull dash out and replace. Drivers side blender 30 minutes (bottom)

Don’t waste your time or money on this replacement product. I replaced the blend door motor and the first one lasted one month after ordering replacement under warranty and replacing motor for the second time the motor only lasted 3 months and it started making popping and grinding noise under dashboard like loose rodent in a pantry.I ordered a Original replacement from Nissan and it’s nice and quiet like the original one that lasted 100000 miles. Buyer beware spend an extra $10 and get the original factory part
