I believe this may have been a rebuilt. Module buttons get stuck. Have had to spend extra money going back and forth to auto shop. “It’s the module ma’am!” A/c doesn’t work at all now. Highly, highly disappointed.

The item did not work. I had to buy another one locally to get my AC to work. Money down the drain since I can’t return it.

If you have manual control then this won't work. You can't install this thinking that you can upgrade your system. Oh, well...

After several months of use, it has developed an internal vacuum leak, and defaults back to defrost when engine is under heavy load.Back-lighting is also uneven. Lastly, the blower motor makes a strange humming noise at low speeds when driven by this unit (probably related to how it modulates power to control blower speed)Overall very disappointed.

1st one had a vacuum leak when dash vents were selected, so it would default back to defrost. 2nd one received and there is a vacuum leak in the main vacuum line. You can hear the solenoids switching but it never switches off of defrost. Turn the AC off and you can hear the vacuum leak. Debating on even getting a second replacement. May just go through Ford.

Diagnosed the problem as a faulty controller. Replaced and had a different problem. Tried a different one and it works. Waste of time.

Unit installed well. It did fix the heater control problem but now the A/C does not work! Have to change back to the old control for A/C!

Product was recieved broken. Had to replace internal gaskets which is something most mechanics cant do and should be unessecary. Im verry un happy with the product.
