Works good, good price, fast skipping. I recommend using the removal & installation tool especially for removal the old ring, they get brittle and are easy to break and can damage the threads on tank, happened to me. I would recommend this seller.

Pretty much the same problem that Terry Beasley had in his review. I purchased this because my lock ring had broken somehow, and I was leaking fuel out of the top of my tank when it was filled more than half full. This ring was a super tight fit for my 99 Ford Ranger, 4wd, 3.0 liter flex-fuel, super-cab. I did eventually manage to get it threaded on, but it was a headache. I thought I was going to have to buy an overpriced lock ring tool to get it back on. After a great deal of struggling I was able to get the cap most of the way on, and then finished it off using a piece of wood and a hammer to get the cap set on tight. The official part is on FordParts for only 20 bucks. If I had to do it again I would pay the extra few bucks, get the real thing, and hopefully save yourself the hassle.
