The Check valve allowed air to flow freely both ways and was defective from the moment it was taken out of the packaging. Glad I checked the part before installing in the vehicle.

Don't waste your time on this one, didn't work out of the box. Free flows both ways. Get the real Ford part D7OZ-19A563-A and save some aggravation.

The old one wore a hole in the side, while under my 93 LT1 Corvette intake cover. While freshening up the vehicle, the hole in the original was found. It took a little searching for this on google images, and shortly thereafter I found this one on Amazon. So happy.
