So these rubber caps are 5/8 outside diameter, they will not fit your car if the output is 5/8 OD.

I use this cap on the oil drain of my O-360 airplane engine. Even though there is a turnoff, by adding this product, I have two methods to prevent oil loss.

Exactly what I needed, and fit my application perfectly. I use it to cap off a part in my engine bay and think the heat definitely wears the material down fairly quickly. Still perfect part for what I need.

I bought two sets of these on recommendation of someone reviewing the to use to cover the rubber feet. This allows these inexpensive caps to be replaced in the future rather than the whole tripod. They fit perfectly - so much so that they look like original equipment.I would highly recommend this item for use in this unique way.
