While a little flimsy, it does as needed. Able to hold mugs including heavier ones, just make sure the heavy ones are placed near the bottom. Really tighten the base. After a few uses it has become a bit wobbly, but still works!

I love how easy it was to assemble and makes my Mexican tazas look so nice. It’s pretty sturdy for the amount of cups it has and the weight they have. Definetly recommend.
