This plate is flat. LP plates install on a curve. I attempted to bend it slightly but that did not work. The bolt holes are close! But not so close you can install it without re drilling. (The plate is spread out approximately 1-2mm farther out on all 4 corners) For reference I tried installing it on a 2022 Epiphone Slash model Les Paul. Your results may vary.

I am using this on a Telecaster build. The original body was rounded where the jack plate goes. I wanted to create something more like the early models that have a flat shape for the plate for the output jack. I searched high and low for a plate that would do the trick and this piece is as close as I can find to use as a good substitute. It is thick and I will have to do a bit of careful material removal to have this plate sit flush with the body. Just takes time.
