We purchased to use for putting up shade sails. They were easy to install & are holding perfectly. As we need to fix a shade sail, we can easily bring them down, fix the sail & then crank it back up until tight. Perfect use

I used 2 of these to suspend our pool shade. While in the pool one of the wires broke. Replaced the wire with a heavier wire.

Very light duty winch used it for a deer feeder and it’s definitely not gonna work
