The product isn't meets the expectations. The extractor is not activated when you press the oranges on the cone, you should try many times before achieving it. Then work for about 5 seconds and then stop ... then you must start over. I am disappointed, do not spend your money on this juice extractor.

This product in not as expected with details features on Amazon. it is not workable and making so much noise and for the second time of use for 15 minutes a smoke came out from the connection of cable and the base. point I am asking to return it even though the return window is closed.Amazon, please help with the refund of this product or a FREE replacement.
