Perky boxes can be expensive and these are very well priced! All the boxes came in great condition without any scratches.

I lined the bottom with thin white packing foam and use these to display some of my better rock and gem samples. It seems to do well. They keep the dust off my specimens. I also like how clearly I can view them through the cases. They have the typical plastic case style hinges and a snap shut / twist open lock. It won't survive standing on it, but performs as expected and is reliable.

these are just as you would expect, not super tight but not super loose, though these types of containers can loosen with time, they meant to display more than keep specimens secure so they serve that function perfectly fine.
