Bought this for our puppy so I can stand in the shade (allergic to the sun) while they go potty and he loves the length and I love being able to hold on to him while in the shade.

Great leashes for an awesome price. When I got these they were under 10 dollars for 2. I have a 90 pound. Husky who unfortunately is a flight risk... we took these on our rural beach vacation in nova scotia this summer. He was able to roam with independence. Wade in the ocean (isn't much of a swimmer). He is really well leash trained and pretty chill so he doesn't yank on these leashes. But we put them through the ringer... mud, dirt, water and they held up great.

They're super lightweight, easy to hold, roll, carry, and cut shorter (if needed).I'm using them for a long-line & recall leash for my 4-month "land shark" German Shepherd puppy. If I let her, (even for a second), chew on the line, she'll start to shred it with her molars. And I have to be super aware as she'll get the line wrapped around her legs in-a-blink and get tripped up.

I like that this is long enough for my dog to roam around and in our front yard and can practice recall training in good distance. However, the material managed to cut my finger when my dog tried to pull the leash so be careful. I have 90lbs GSD so if you’re wondering if this can handle XL breeds, it did work for me. Hope this helps!
