I’ve used this trailer for three rides so far, and it has been fantastic! I wanted a way to take my dogs out for mental enrichment while I’m biking. Each dog quickly took to the trailer and hopped right in. The big dogs loved being able to stick their heads out and seemed to really enjoy the ride. The trailer feels very sturdy and rides very smooth. The canvas material and mesh screens feel very durable. You can feel whenever the dogs shift their weight or move, but it doesn’t throw you off balance. There is a tether inside which I did use, but the buckle has a tendency to loosen, so if you think your dog might pull on it then it might be a good idea to upgrade it.It feels very stable while riding. I saw other reviews say their trailer tipped easily, but I have not had that problem. I have just made sure to go slow when turning and turn wide. But I haven’t had any concerns so far that it might tip. MAYBE if your dog was moving around or leaning hard to one side it could tip? But if they’re being calm and sitting in the middle I don’t see it being a problem.

Pretty sturdy and very easy to assemble. Works well on the mountain bikes. Our lady Violet seems pretty chilled out in it. She’s still fairly young and we are going to use this extensively until she’s old enough to run with us.

Dog bike trailer is an excellent choice for a medium to large dog. Easily assembled, and our dog immediately entered it and was able to turn around easily. (he is about 80 lbs and 23 inches high at the shoulder) We did add a thin dog bed to the floor for a bit more comfort but it would have been fine without it. Trailer is very portable, collapses fairly flat (wheels store inside folded sides), allowing us to explore bike trails in other areas.

The item is OK, but it took longer than anticipated to deliver the item and the seller was not very good at getting back and communicating to the buyer.

Our pup has cancer and our vet recommended a bike trailer since he likes to run and he's unfortunately not able to run any longer..He's never had a bike trailer before and I knew that was going to take a little bit of training and there's a possibility I would have to return the item..I viewed the policy and didn't see anything abnormal with the return policy so I went ahead and purchased the itemMy pup is my service animal as well and he is just over 90 lb Staffordshire terrier...We went ahead and put the bike trailer together in our home. It's definitely on the large side which is what we need it one of the things I was not a fan of that I didn't realize the front opening doesn't open completely it has two windows top and front in our pup was not a fan of that. I overlooked that it was not a full opening in front as I thought it was..Started training without the wheels and he just wasn't a fan. Put the wheels on try to do some more training and he still was not having it..So after a few weeks of attempts decided it would be best to go ahead and return the item as it was not going to work for our needs. And doing so I received an email from the seller advising to return I was responsible for the shipping and they would deduct that from the credit or they could give me $10 to keep the item..I did reach out to Amazon to see if there was anything I could do since this was not listed in the return policy and I was advised to go ahead and return and then contact Amazon once the return was done and they would see how they could make things right..I reach back out to the seller to advise I didn't appreciate for myself or future customers purchasing that the return policy did not list the customer would be responsible for shipping if returned..How easy for the seller to go ahead and make sure in the return policy that it stated the customer would be responsible for shipping if returned.. most of us have Amazon prime and do you get free delivery and majority of everything I've ever returned if any have never had a fee attached to it..I do understand this item is heavy however I did pay well over $10 in taxes alone and well over $200 for the item to be received on my end so we're not talking chump change..After reading more into the reviews there were a lot of folks advising that the trailer tips over for the larger or heavier animals..If you are considering definitely look into that as well just as a precaution and continue to read the rest of the reviews regarding the material and the customer service of the seller..At this point I've emailed the seller and requested them to go ahead and waive the shipping as a courtesy since it wasn't listed but I'm not sure where exactly I'll get at the moment and more than likely I'll end up having to pay to ship it back which probably will run anywhere from $50 or so that they say they will be deducting from the credit of course..Hopefully this review helps

This bike trailer is high-quality and looks amazing on the back of the bike. It was easy to install and seems very sturdy once it’s on. It is easy to pull but isn’t for the faint of heart on hills. It’s a great workout though. There is enough room technically for our two medium sized dogs (80lbs total). However, one of our dogs barks the entire time she’s in it, so we can’t really use it with her. I wish there was something we could do to make her calm down so we could have fun using it, but she panics inside of it. She is a barker and very reactive though so I’m sure many dogs would love going for rides in this.It seems safe with strong zippers to keep dogs safe. There are also metal hooks inside so you can attach a dog seatbelt. We put a crate liner bed inside for extra comfort. For our dogs we definitely need to keep all windows closed and zipped in the entire time for safety.

This is my second carrier for my 50 lb dog.I attach this to my very fast electric scooter and pull him along. This works extremely well! It’s well built, easy to assemble, and I like that it’s a little narrower than the other one. This provides a secure (always secure your pet with a harness) and visible carrier for your pet. You will turn heads.I’m able to hit speeds up to 30 miles an hour, no problem with this baby.Bonus points for the flag, a good addition.By default, it didn’t come with an internal pad, but I ordered it separately.Notes:The stitching on the bottom supporting straps has started to come off, this is probably because of the weight of my dog on the base has put a lot of pressure on them. I’d recommend reinforcing the base with something like 1/4” wood. I’ve strapped up some fiberboard to the bottom to provide additional support. The attachment bar is a little shorter than the other carrier, this means there is a little less distance to the carrier and some more force exerted on it.Because the attachment to my scooter is so low, there is lots of force exerted on the connecting piece. This isn’t necessarily a problem, but it does mean that the piece loses its horizontal alignment and falls almost vertically. Luckily, the spring on the attachment handle supports this, but it would be nice if there were a way/option to keep the bar level at the connecting point and move the spring closer to the carrier, so that any vertical rotation forces would be absorbed by the carrier unit and not the connecting piece. Also note, this unit has relatively high walls, which are good for keeping your dog inside, but make it harder for your dog to poke his head out while standing and for both of you to show off how CUTE YOU LOOK TOWING YOUR DOG 😍😍! Especially if you dress him up like I do.Would love other colors, but I’m sure that will come.Generally, this is a great and well priced option for your pet towing needs.
