This tutu is cheaply made and extremely hard to put on a dog since you have to tie it.

I dressed ip my boyfriend’s dog for his birthday, boys had bow ties, and this lovely lady had the tutu. She loved wearing it, she was excited for me to put it on her. So cute! I would do it again!
