Product was great at first but I’ve only had it for a month and now it’s not working! I charge the remote and charger the collar and it’s still not working

I got these for my Doberman and Pyrenees, they work great stay charged for 3-4 days. Only complaint is the collars they come with are too small for a large breed I replaced them easily with a leather collar from our local store they work great.The remote is touch screen but there is a lock option so your not shocking your pup on accident!

The second with two collars for two dogs one remote control. It says the color goes for a 5 pound dog, but I have a 7 pound Yorky that it doesn’t fit and I wish that the company would send a collar that could fit a small dog like a 5 pound dog and the neck would be that size works well on my bulldog. I had to shock him maybe twice for running out the road Learns I don’t need to go anywhere anymore. He hears a beep he stops if he goes a little further I buzz him and he’s coming right back to Mama, which is great but I do have one problem. I wish that I had a color that I could put on my Yorky because his neck is so small Because he’s the one who runs away and runs the highway and runs and we can’t find him. He’s the one who needs it the most and was hoping this product would do that. That is the only concern I have and works wonderfully. It’s easy to learn the remote controls easy to learn everything. It’s great waterproof great , but if the owner or the company sees this or Amazon does, can y’all please help me out with the collar for my Yorky that would be a great thing that’s the only problem I have is that I have a collar sitting there for my dog, but I can’t use it because it will not go His neck without falling off so can help me that would be great. Otherwise it’s a great product.

I have 2 chihuahuas who bark at noises 10 miles away (not really but you would think so). My intentions were to use beep and vibration and not the shock cause they are so little. The first day I put it on, when they barked, I beeped them. It actually worked, they stopped barking. I have the product since July 2, so only 10 days. The first 3 days I used it, it made such a good change in their barking. It was actually a relief and very quiet, which it never is. All I have to do now is say "do you want the beep?" They stop barking and go in the room. There was 4 days I didn't even use it at all. AMAZING PRODUCT. I put up with their barking for 10yrs. Finally peace and quiet. Should have gotten it a long time ago.

These collars are great for the price they were used for what we needed them for the range is awesome and the charging time is great and they stay charged for a long time. The only downfall is the remote. I wish it did have buttons because sometimes you accidentally will swipe a different button if you don’t lock it or you’re in an emergency situation, it would be easier to not have to constantly lock and unlock the remote And I wish that it was easier to switch through each collar

Works great, but the buttons could have been placed better because you lock it on accident very easily. And it auto locks to soon. But nice strong vibration and loud alert button which is what I mostly got them for. The shock works well but is a last resort

I have a puppy in training to be my service dog, this is amazing for obedience, it is extremely convenient that it takes type c chargers. The last shock collar I bought the shock, vibration , and sound had to be on the same level, this one allows me to have them all at different levels that work for me. So far i haven’t even used the shock feature yet, the vibration alerts my puppy to stop doing something bad and listen. It doesn’t bother my puppy at all while on her, she’s very comfortable with it and got used to it quickly. The lock feature is good, you can’t accidentally shock your dog or change the levels. Over all this is an amazing product, would strongly recommend!!

These are the best training collars I've ever purchased and I've purchased quite a few before. I have 3 dogs so the fact it came with 3 and 3 different program settings for each dog is perfect. The price is great. My dogs respond well to the vibration and beeping. I use the lowest setting on the shock. It's just enough to get my dogs attention and to redirect them without hurting them. I will never get anything else and I've already recommended it to some friends with dogs they're trying to train that have behavioral issues.The remote is easy to use. I love it has a locking feature so you don't accidentally touch any of the "buttons" (it is touch screen). The battery life on the collars and remote are amazing. I only have to charge them once a week overnight. They do charge quickly, as well, which us also a plus. The range is decent, as well.
