Our aggressive chewer makes short work of most chew toys. We like rope chews because they are softer on his teeth. With rope chews, however, we watch him very closely to make sure he doesn’t ingest any material. Here’s our experience:1. The braided rope is much more durable for our aggressive chewer. He’ll eventually chew through these BUT these have held up better than other rope chews. Groupings of threads are braided together for added strength. The braiding and the knots in the braided rope add durability. Our boy managed to chew through some threading but only in 3 areas. That’s amazing for us since normally he can make short work of rope toys in record time.2. These rope toys are great for tug of war. These are easy for both he and I to hold. These are a perfect size for our large boy who is 100 pounds and still growing. We’ve tried so many toys made for “aggressive” chewers, but most haven’t survived our boy. These rope chews are the most durable we’ve tried so far. These will eventually need to be replaced BUT we’ll get much more chew time out of these than any other rope chews. These are holding up to our aggressive chewer. They won’t last forever and will need to be replaced. And when they do, I’ll get more of these. I highly recommend!

If your dog destroys everything like ours, this are the toys for you. They are all still going strong with no rips. And the pups are happy. So are we. They really destroy every toy in a matter of minutes. These are holding up great.
