Your cart is empty.A great way to avoid your dog having an accident in the house. Even if you're late coming home it's a comfort to know your dog can use the potty patch if needed. It's a wonderful way to train your new puppy or for your older dog who has trouble getting outside. This 3 part system keeps your home clean and odor free synthetic grass. Cleaning the potty patch couldn't be any easier, just rinse with soapy water. Great for balconies, condos, apartments, patios, puppies, older dogs, etc.

I'm getting new flooring and wanted something for one of my 3 rescue dogs who isn't fully potty trained. This patch is nice and well made, however it's way too small. She circles then goes off of it. I putpee pads on it and she still will not step up and use it. I'm sure if I bought about 10 of them, she'dbe able to circle and find a spot.

This pee pad is really great on paper. My dog adapted to peeing on the fake grass rather quickly. However, the "grass" is very inviting for him to chew on and now there are pieces of fake grass all over my apartment because they come out very easily. The grass is hard to clean and the odor of pee is very strong.

Wow, what can I say except that this thing is absolutely useless. In fact, it is more than useless, it has caused us such a gigantic headache, I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. BUYER BEWARE! This is probably the absolute worst purchase I have made on Amazon. After using this product for about 1.5 weeks with my 9-10 week old Irish Terrier puppy, I am absolutely LIVID that a company can market and sell and defective and fraudulent product such as this one.First off, the grass DOES NOT DRAIN into the tray below, there are NO DRAINAGE HOLES. The grass Matt is super thick with grass and the grass is fused to a SOLID black rubber bottom, yes, that is correct, a SOLID bottom. The bottom of the mat is also covered w/ a ton of white glue type substance and there is absolutely no way for liquid to drain through the grass and into the tray. Where are the drainage holes? Who knows, but this astro-turf style grass mat is not meant for liquid to drain through it. It is so thick and solid, it's practically water/rain proof.Considering the fact that the grass doesn't allow liquid to pass through, what do you expect starts to happen? Well, the URINE pools up in the grass matt so your puppy pees, then walks around on the grass mat, and then tracks wet paws of urine all over the house, onto your furniture, in your face, onto your bed, etc. The URINE also begins to spill off the side of the grass mat and onto the floor/carpet b/c it's not draining into the tray as it is supposed to. Also, b/c the grass is pooling urine, if you ever pick up the grass mat to clean and/or drain the tray, you'll be likely to spill off a gigantic pool of URINE that has been accumulating on the grass and on top of the mat. This happened to me a few times before I figured out that the grass did not drain, at all. I was placing pee-pads under the mat in the drainage tray to catch the urine as it came through, but the pee pads were always dry and I was wondering how that was possible. Well, when the mat is practically a water and weather proof mat, no liquid or pee passes through and so the pee pads remain dry. The URINE which should have been draining and collecting into the pee pad is now all soaked into my carpets and tracked all over my house, furniture, etc. I have also been incredibly sick since I started using this with my puppy and it is likely that I am sick due to having excessive URINE particles in my face, bed sheets, etc. from puppy's paws being constantly soaked with PEE.I am completely offended and appalled at this experience. I am having to call in professional cleaners to come to my home to steam clean all of my furniture and carpets due to URINE being tracked everywhere. I am disgusted and I encourage anyone considering this product to BEWARE and look for a solution elsewhere b/c the Potty Patch is a FRAUD.

I have to say this is the best system for potty training puppies I've ever used, and I've used a number of methods. I breed Jack Russells, and last fall had a single puppy who just did not understand what the litter box was for. We did it all, and it was a bear to get him to understand litter training, which he simply never embraced. Potty training him, especially going into winter, was a monster. This time I decided to try the Sonnyridge method with our newest puppy, another singleton, now five weeks old, and he took to it immediately! We began when he was three weeks old, and he seemed drawn to the "grass" instinctively. The only thing I did differently was to use the grass mat alone, as he was such a tiny puppy (he was premature, so really small) that getting over the small edge of the complete set-up seemed too much. The "grass" is very fine and therefore comfortable for those tender toes. He hits the mark almost perfectly every time, and I'm still amazed by this! For now I have placed the grass mat over waterproof whelping pads, so there's nothing I can't just toss in the wash. He's getting big enough I think I'm going to fully-assemble the unit and use "Yesterday's News" absorbent pellets in the tray to absorb the urine. I contacted the company about getting a second grass mat, so I could wash one and still have one in use, and they sent one very quickly. They did not include a bill for it, though I told them I would gladly pay. My experience with this company has been excellent! One suggestion would be to have extra grass mats as an option for purchase especially as most litters are more than one puppy. I think all buyers would recognize the value of having two or more mats. I anticipate that transitioning this little guy to the real grass outdoors will be a breeze. Thank you Sonnyridge for your well thought-out and constructed product, as well as your excellent customer service. Great product!

I have a 3 month old Chihuahua who is house broken, however has to use pads when it's raining or really cold out. I didn't want him to become dependent of pads, so I decided to try this, hoping that it would be similar to the ground. The moment I put it down and set him on it, he instantly went to the bathroom, and we have had zero accidents since then. I ran my hand over the grass and fluffed it up a bit, and the quality isn't bad, I've seen no shedding. I put a puppy pad under the grass, because for me it's easier to clean that way bc he's so small. I have no issue with the grass moving at all. To clean I just lift the grass and spray with something like Natures Miracle Advanced formula, let dry and replace. No odor issues what so ever. Great product. It's surely worth the investment.
