This trimmer is perfect for using on my dog! The trimmer came pre-charged and was ready to go straight out of the box. It is low volume, and steady when turned on (no intense vibrations). Works well on my dog's paw pads, and only required 1-2 passes to get all the hair. It has a handy little light that turns on when in use, making it easier to see where you are working on. She can now scuttle about on the tile/hardwood without slipping!I like that the box it comes in is durable enough to use as a case when not in use. It also comes with a charging cable (no brick), comb, and cleaning brush/solution. I would have preferred the charger to be a type-C, but this trimmer requires an arbitrary cord, which is a shame.

This paw trimmer does a really great job in trimming the fur on my dog's paws. It is small so it is easy to handle and maneuver in tight areas between my dog's toes. It is also quiet so it doesn't freak out my dog when I use it. This trimmer is efficient and I only have to go over an area once and it will trim the fur. I like that this has a safety guard so I don't have to worry about nicking my dog. This is definitely an upgrade from my previous paw trimmer. I like that this is rechargeable and comes with a flea comb. Overall, this is a fantastic paw trimmer that is easy to use and goes a great job. I highly recommend it.

I was so excited to try these as my dog is only 6 pounds and has tiny little paws. I'll give the pros first: I charged them upon arrival and they charged very quickly. They are simply to use with just one button to turn on/off. They are comfortable to hold as well.Cons: They are louder than my big clippers and little dog was NOT a fan. They also vibrate while clipping quite a bit more which caused him to twitch and move around. I found them to be dull and not cut the hair. I thought that maybe my dog's hair was really dirty so I picked up my bigger clippers and he they immediately clipped the paw pads out, were much quieter and smoother and my dog quieted down. These went back in the box and get a "thumbs down" for me.

The trimmer itself works just fine. It chewed through a couple of mats on my goldendoodles leg just fine. The only problem I have is the advertising. This isn't a particularly quite trimmer. It has a very similar noise level to that of my Norelco beard trimmer. That is not a bad thing. It is just a little frustrating advertising this as something that won't bother a skittish dog. Trimmer works great, but it has a pretty standard noise level.

I bathe my dog myself but I don't do a great job maintaining things like paws and trimmings. My shespky has plenty of excess fur on her paws that picks up snowmelt salt very easily, and I hate to see her trying to clean it off herself. While I still need to work on her comfort level with my grooming her paws, this has helped a lot. I resorted to using my own clippers before this and she didn't let me get through one paw, these were less loud and intimidating to her and I was able to get through two paws before she was too uncomfortable, so I'm glad I got this set and it will become a staple of my care routine for my dog.

This small trimmer works really well to get into the tight spaces between my dog's pads and toes. It is relatively quiet and gentle enough that it doesn't cut the skin. It's wireless and comes with a charging cord. The battery seems pretty good, I've been able to trim 12 paws now and it's still got battery left. It also comes with a small slicker comb, a cleaning brush and some oil.My dog would wiggle around a little bit from the vibration but not any worse then when I try to groom his paws with standard sized clippers. I didn't get the impression he was particularly bothered by this tool at any point.I tried to show a before and after comparison for his feet. I'm not a professional so didn't judge too harsh, but I think you can see it does a great job getting things cleaned out. I have poodles so that hair will get knotted and packed with dirt and stickers if I don't keep it trimmed. This tool makes cleaning feet much easier and more effective!

This trimmer is an upgrade from what I was using on my dog's paws. The trimmer itself is much wider than what I have but unfortunately it still feels like I'm making the same amount of passes to cut all the fur. It worked pretty well around her private parts and that took less time than the other trimmer. The noise level was comparable to the other one and this seems to have a longer battery life. It touched my skin and there were no accidents so ok to use on squirmy pets. I recommend oiling the trimmer after use and the brush helps remove excess oil. Also I used this out of the box when I first received it and it worked fine. Even after charging, the power level seemed to be the same. For under 20 bucks, it's a good grooming tool, would recommend.
