I got this for my chihuahua who exclusively uses p pads. Keps the pad in place and you have to worry about it moving or getting bunched up. As a plus it also comes with some free pads.

Great for my elderly dog that sometimes doesn’t quite make it to potty outside. We’ve tried a few pads and they all slipped around which she hated but this one has little grips/suction cups on the bottom and it keeps it in place well.

The puppies rip the pads easily from this and shred them. The holder does stay in place but doesn't serve its purpose of holding the pad from being moved.
