This is a nice, quality leash. I have a 75 pound golden retriever that is VERY excited to go on his walks. This leash allows me to keep him close so we can practice "heel" but also give him a little more freedom to explore and smell. I have been using this for about 3 months and it has held up well to his (very strong) pulling on the leash.

This fella rocks. I've owned a couple leashes before of similar quality but with all the features built into the rope, thing has become my go to when walking my kids. The idea of having two points of hold is great and its pretty comfortable to grip. Even when I get some snag from the dogs, no discomfort of any kind. Really love how high quality the leash feels, feels premium if anything. Thing has some weight but isn't too heavy, a perfect balance of heft and light weightiness. Another thing I find neat is the reflectors, they make night walks give a peace of mind and they work wonders. The leash is always shining under any kind of light, night or day.Adore this leash and am for sure gonna purchase another for my other dog. Please get your lil fur babies one of these!

This leash is seriously rugged. The thick climbing rope feels solid in your hands, and the reinforced stitching and leather touches add real durability. I’ve used it with a large, very energetic dog who loves to pull, and it hasn’t shown the slightest sign of wear or fray. The carabiner clips on securely and gives peace of mind, especially with the safety lock feature. The second handle near the clip is great for keeping tight control in busy areas or during training. Bonus: the reflective threading works really well during nighttime walks. Good length and color, and worth every penny.

I have a very high-energy 7-month-old Boston Terrier/English Bulldog mix pup who is just now learning how to leash walk on the roads.I like this 5 feet long rope along with a second traffic handle at 2 feet up from the carabiner. This dog leash is the perfect balance between freedom and safety control, giving enough space and freedom to your dog, but everything is under your control well. The heavy-duty dog leash is made of a strong 1/2 inches diameter nylon climbing rope, In addition, genuine cowhide is used to better reinforce the handles and connections. It is suitable for medium and large dogs (25 to 120 lbs). The double handle dog leash features a heavy duty 360° rotating tangle-free and anti-rust metal carabiner that can be securely locked by sliding up for safety, it is more strong and durable for long-term usage. The two nylon fabric handles can provide excellent grip while dog pulling, also protecting your hands from rope burns. The second traffic handle is better for close control while walking and training your dog. The round rope and both handles are specially designed with reflective stripe, thus the bright reflective stripe keeps high visibility at night. This is the best leash I have gotten for her so far and I will not only recommend to others, but am already purchasing a few more to have in each car.

After testing for a few days, I can say that this leash seems to work very well. I like the Caribbean lock on the end because my dog shakes a lot her head and stuff just like my previous dog did because I guess they don't like their collars that they have on when we walk and that causes those clip style ones to snap off, but this way it's locked in p I was concerned about the construction of the leash so I reached out to the company from initial inspection that you can see you just see the leather wrapping around with a stitch going through both pieces of rope. But the company states that they use some type of cleat system that is sewn into the two ropes and then it's wrapped and re-sign again. I did do some tucking on it and pulling on it and it didn't seem to come apart. My only complaint with this is that the rope feels light and stiff. Maybe it needs to be broken in because I remember my last climbing rope leash was really smooth and fluid so like if it was hanging, it would just hang down from the handle this one just kinda holds its form a little so again I think it just needs to be broken in, but I would definitely recommend it. Also, the helper handle for the traffic part is actually a lot higher than most of them are which is actually kind of nice because when I try to use the helper handle before I'm a really tall person so I had to reach down and kind of bend over a little when using those handles so now it's much higher for me.

My dog generally does well on walks, but he will pull, especially if he spots one of his favorite humans in the distance. He’s a big boy, over 70 pounds and when he puts his weight into the leash, it takes some strength to hold him back.I ended up doing some research on the term “traffic handle” since I had never heard it before, and learned something new. This leash has been a game changer. Instead of having to twist the leash around my hand for better control, I keep my hand in the second “traffic handle” which allows me to have better control. The padded handles are comfortable, and the reflective material is a great bonus for nighttime walks. This leash feels sturdy and thoughtfully designed, perfect for large dogs like mine.

My mom is the one with the dog which she takes her everywhere. A lot of times she will hand the leash off to me and I hated the previous leash cause I often had to wrap it around my hand and was uncomfortable. I handed this to my mom and she was impressed with how durable it is. However I appreciate the handle lower on the leash so I don't need to wrap it around my hand. This is a really great quality leash.
