The two strongest men on the block couldn't get the handle pieces together. The whole point was not to be on my hands and knees raking the carpet. Useless product.

I have a fluffy white dog & burgundy wall to wall carpet. This carpet rake is the best tool ever for getting up the hair. Nothing I have tried worked this well. Easy to use, easy to clean. I highly recommend! ☆☆☆☆☆

I have my mom's two ragdoll cats in my home and the hair is just unbelievable. I tried this before I vacuum on my berber carpet and it catches alot on the loops of the carpet. I just have to go really slow to get the cat hair.The long handle isn't really sturdy, it is flimsy and if I needed to put any amount of pressure on it I think it might break.This is super easy too put together and use, but on berber it is a bit more difficult than on regular carpeting, I have both. It does work on furniture, bedding and other material like surfaces. It's okay, but with berber is difficult to get the hair.

This is my first-ever review on Amazon, but it's such a great product that I just had to provide some feedback.I have a cat and large dog - both heavy shedders - and have tried every type of hair remover tool & gadget that I can find. This one is by far the best!I have large area rugs in my main bedroom and living room, as well as a large sectional. I intentionally selected pet-friendly fabric and a very, very low-pile rugs.The rubber edge of this tool just sweeps the pet hair off of the sectional, but the best surprise what the "brush" part of the tool!I thought my heavy duty canister vaccuum was keeping my rugs pretty clean, but when I brushed them with this tool, I was shocked at how much more pet hair came up with just a couple of sweeps!I highly recommend this to anyone with dogs or cats!

UPDATED!!!!!!!! operator's error on my end today's stair day so decided to take this to my stairs and oh my gosh the amount of fur I pulled out im mortified! I ended up realizing that the brush end isn't as effective on my carpet the top black flexible part works far better and the brush is convient to pick up all that fur! This thing is 100% recommended by this picky carpet lady 🤣This came super fast and super cutesy packaged in a box with cute little dog paws all over the box! I'm all about my carpet from my collection of vacuums to my collection of carpet cleaners. Recently I was recommended to get a carpet rake as I have 3 dogs all blue heelers and 2 are Australian Sheppard mixes 1 has short hair and sheds like crazy, the 2nd has the Australian Sheppard hair for sure and my full heeler sheds enough to make 2 small puppies of himself so basically im rolling in hair. When carpet cleaning my vacuum can't get it all but my carpet cleaner sure does and the amounts of hair that comes out is gross, a huge nuisance to clean up after my carpet cleaner and it clogs my cleaner so I had to get this! Especially for the price and the height options make it so even my tiniest house member who loves to help clean can use this easily as well to the tallest member and my short self in the middle. I've used this on a few areas of my home buuut I just recently carpet cleaned and vacuumed so I honestly didn't pull much up out of my carpet yet but I'm sure trying so that means that my vacuum is either that good or this sucks! I plan to come back and update in a few days before I vacuum again to fully evaluate the effectiveness!

It is awesome! I really like that all the hair stays on the rake and you can still use it. Compared to another rake, I had to pull hair off every few run throughs so that it still worked, so there are piles of hair everywhere. This one gets every hair with the options of edges to use. It picks up so much and you do not have to take the hair off until you are done. It is very light and durable. The long handle allows for you to reach under furniture and other small spaces. I highly recommend this product and would purchase again.

I am really glad I got this. We have a dog and two cats. My daughter keeps having a reaction to the pet hair in our house, despite the fact that I vacuum regularly. Now I started using this pet hair rake, and it’s so satisfying to pick up the extra hair that my vacuum missed.The rake was super easy to assemble out of the box. And I love the two different sides. I can easily get in the corners on my stairs and on my couch with the rubber side. And the brush-like side works great on my carpet. You will have to put a little elbow grease into it but I am very happy with how effective it is.
