Extendable for Universal Fit
The unique slide rail design allows it to stretch out and draw back freely. The width is adjustable from 35in to 62in to fit most Suvs.
Easy Installation (For Backseats Only)
Just push the 2 side panels to the appropriate place according to the width of your car, and then use the included bungee cords to bind the dog barrier to the rear headrests. The whole installation process is very simple. (Not recommended for front seats or fixed headrests.)

I work with a dog rescue group and frequently have dogs in my car. This barrier keeps the dogs out of my way and in the back. It's easy to install and take down. There will be the floor. Perfect, if you transport animals.

I think this would work great as long as your car is compatible. You need very traditional headrests in the 2nd row of your vehicle or this won’t work. Otherwise, great concept, easy to install, good instructions, well built.

Liked the secure fasteners although tgff ed hooks took a bit to secure. The bungee cords help keep it secure at the right height and width.

This worked really well for my dogs who love to be all up close to me while I drive. At first they were having a hard time being separated and were looking over and trying to squeeze by, but the barrier held and they didn't bother again for the remainder of the trip! The only thing I would say is that if your seats are captain seats, you need to get a separate item to block the area in between.

It is really easy to install, took me only 10min tops, to install it. Really simple, and I thought it was quite sturdy and well made for a lightweight temporary barrierI even pulled it out and put it in my sisters sedan, as she wanted to see if it fitted.So far my girls haven't tried to escape, but are still trying to give me directions to the beach!The only down side is it is difficult to move seats once installed, but that is not a biggie

This barrier is the perfect solution to keeping our pups in the backseat. This barrier is technically designed for use to keep pets in the back of an SUV. However, we set it up in our Subaru Outback to keep our dogs in the backseat instead. This was easily done by attaching it to the back of the front seat (we used our own carabiners for this, connecting the barrier to the headrest bars). For this particular setup, the only thing that would be even better is an additional piece that could cover the gap between the seats, but we just purchased another smaller barrier similar to this but designed for that purpose to add in with this barrier. This barrier is nicely adjustable and easy to set up, and pups can't wiggle between the bars to climb into the front seat like they do with the more typical bar-style barriers that don't always hold up to a dog's efforts to get through. Plus, this barrier doesn't rattle like the bar-style designs!

I was worried that it wasn't going to be very sturdy, since it's relatively inexpensive. However, I have been pleasantly surprised. I was extremely pleased when I put it up in my car. I have a RAV4 and not only does it fit perfectly, it is super quiet. I am very sensitive to sounds and thought it would be rattle loudly, but it does not. It keeps my dog in the back, it doesn't move, it was super simple to install, and I'm very happy with it. I've had it for over a month and it hasn't moved at all. I highly recommend it!
