These speaker buttons are a cool concept, really. They are easy to use as well. Training is... interesting, but that doesn't have a lot to do with the quality of the product. I think they would be easier for my dog to differentiate between if they were maybe different shapes or textures. Dogs don't the ability to see in as many colors as people, so I am guessing the red, orange, and pink look incredibly similar to a dog, being pretty close on the color spectrum and in the ranges that are hardest for them to see. They also use a lot of batteries - 2 AAAs each.

I’m not sure if someone had my set first, but there was already a voice recorded on at least one of the buttons. I noticed that the sound was really muffled and had to record multiple times before I got something that seemed usable. The volume is rather low, so this isn’t helpful if I’m in a different room when my dog pushes a button. I do like the size of these buttons and I find that my dog finds them easier to target. There isn’t enough traction between the mat and the buttons though and I find I constantly have to move them back into place. Pair all that with the fact that you need 2 AAA batteries for each of these and I’m a bit disappointed. It’s likely because I’m comparing these to another set of buttons I have that while they’re much smaller, are rechargeable AND are much louder and clearer.Review for PAWHUGS Dog Buttons For Communication

This 6-pack dog button set is a neat training tool, but six buttons feel like a lot when you have to introduce them one at a time. The buttons come neatly packed in a box, and setup is simple since you can record your own commands. However, keep in mind that they require 12 AAA batteries—I use rechargeable ones, so I had to charge quite a few. I also wish there were more sticker options, but DIY labels work fine. For $29.95 with a 10% off coupon (which offsets tax), the price is reasonable. Hopefully, my dog picks up on these quickly!

I love this idea for training my dog. I have always thought he was super bright and seemed to understand what I have been saying to him, and now I have a way to eliminate the guessing. Each button requires batteries, so this purchase is going to be an ongoing investment if you wish to continue to communicate with your dog. The good thing is that you only have to activate the buttons that you actually want to use - you aren't feeding batteries to a huge machine when you only need to use one button. There is a training book available, so you can follow instructions on how to teach your dog to communicate their needs to you by pressing the buttons. My dog seems to enjoy engaging with me during training and really has been doing great. I just need to dedicate more time to be patient and working to reinforce the lessons with more training sessions. For the price and the potential value of this product as far as convenience and creating a communication bridge with my doggo, this is really priceless.

This set is a great way to help your dog communicate their needs! The buttons are easy to press, making it simpler for dogs to learn and use. With six buttons, you can teach a variety of basic commands, which is really helpful. We’re still working on it, but so far, it’s a great training tool. Just keep in mind that it requires a lot of batteries!

I got this dog training button set because I was inspired by Bunny the dog on YouTube, and my furbabies are already very communicative. While I initially thought I’d review these after training them, I’ve realized that the learning process will take time, so for now, I’ll focus on the quality and initial impressions.First off, the quality is great! The six colorful buttons are well-made and appealing to my dogs, and the set includes a clicker, a non-slip mat, and customizable stickers, which is a nice touch. My dogs already love the clicker, so I think training will be a fun process. I also appreciate the flexibility in choosing words or picture labels for the buttons.Since my dogs already watch TV and ring a bell to go outside, I’m hopeful that they’ll pick up on these buttons quickly—but of course, it will take patience and consistency. I’ll be updating my review after more training, but so far, this set looks promising, durable, and engaging! If you're looking for a fun way to communicate with your pup, this seems like a great tool to try! 🐶🔘✨

This set is awesome, it includes a bunch of buttons and has a set of labels so you can easily see which button does what. The mat keeps the buttons from sliding everywhere which is helpful, especially when the pups are first learning. It's really easy to record, just hit the button underneath and say what you want to- having it where you record instead of a preset phrase is great so you can use the buttons for whatever your needs are, and so you can use command words your dogs are used to.The only reason I knocked off a star is that every single button requires 2 AAA batteries for a total of 12, which makes this pretty expensive to set up. I'm sure the batteries will last awhile but factor that in when ordering.

I've always wanted to understand my dog's needs better, and these recordable buttons have made it possible. They're super easy to use—just press and record a message up to 30 seconds. The sound is clear, so my dog gets it. The set comes with a sturdy mat and stickers to keep things organized. Plus, the included clicker and training e-book have been really helpful. Now, we're communicating like never before, and it's brought us even closer.
