I recently purchased this product and it has been highly useful for me to control my dog's barking. The sensor is pretty quick in capturing my dog's attention. The three adjustable modes are super helpful for me and anyone with different dog sizes. I can control my dog even when I am 50ft away which is very helpful for outdoor training. Also, the battery on this is long enough. I've charged it when I got this product and still haven't drained. The user manual also has clear instructions on how to use. Overall, very helpful, light weight and easy to carry on your daily walks too. I recommend this product for anyone with dogs.

Working from home can be challenging enough without our dogs barking at any and everything that moves. Having this device really helps. We don’t need to use it all the time but it is handy to have. We use it in conjunction with known commands and gestures they’re already familiar with. The dogs respond well to it and it’s small enough to fit in my pocket.

As many other dog owners know, barking can be a real nuisance. I’ve tried tons of bark collars but most were too big for our small yapper dogs.Let me tell you, this is the best purchase I’ve ever had to curb the barking issues. A quick press of the button halted my dogs as well as the neighbor dogs an easy 40 feet away. Worked fantastic and will keep on hand to help with the barking issue. I feel this is much more humane than a shock collar !!10/10 buy. Shipped fast and showed in a great box.Don’t hesitate to give it a shot

My Goldendoodle is not much of a barker, that is until he sees someone walk up to the front door and/or knocks or rings the doorbell. At that point, he barks incessantly and no amount of instruction or intervention would cause him to stop until either the person was allowed in or walked away.I'd purchased a training collar for my dog from this same company in the past after taking my dog to the dog park and constantly having to chase him around to leash him when it was time to go. The short training program we attended at the local pet store worked fine around the house, but once he was off leash at the dog park he didn't want to ever leave. After purchasing and implementing the training collar and a few corrections, the command to come to me became effective and found it to be a good training tool. I'd thought about using the same training collar for the barking issue but concluded that it was just not practical to have the dog constantly wearing it in the house, so I decided against it. Instead, I purchased this CUOWTA Dog Bark Deterrent Device to see if I could achieve similar results to the training collar.I liked that the unit was small enough for my pocket so I could have it with me when I actually needed it. I also liked the lockout slide switch (like on the training collar remote) so no buttons were inadvertently pressed while in my pocket. The device has two buttons on the face that each emit a tone that only the dog can hear, one is a HI frequency and the other a LOW frequency. I like that there is a tactile and size difference between the HI and LOW frequency buttons allowing the user to determine simply by touch which button is which. The HI frequency (also HIgher on the face of the device) is convex and has the texture of a golfball, the LOW frequency is LOWer on the face and is concave. The device is charged via the provided USB-A to USB-C cord provided in the box. Though it comes mostly charged, I opted to fully charge before first use. Like anyone, I was curious to see if my dog would react to the device so I tested the LOW frequency button from about 15-feet away when he was distracted by people in the house. He instantly turned his head toward me, assuring me that he would definitely hear it when needed. The first test came a short time later that same day when company came to the door. As soon as my dog heard them approaching he began to bark. I pulled device from my pocket and unlocked it with the slide switch. I gave the command my wife chose, "No bark", then pressed the low frequency button. He immediately turned his attention to me and stopped barking for a second or two, but quickly returned to face the front door and continue barking and a subsequent button press was ignored. By then, the guests were inside and he stopped barking anyway. It took one or two more of these scenarios for the dog to understand the connection between the command and the tone, but sure enough he learned. It was not my intent to prevent him barking entirely, I actually don't mind the alert, but I did not want him to continue barking after given the command to stop. After only a few training sessions, we have reached our desired result - the dog barks once or twice then either stops on his own, or stops immediately after given the command.I am entirely satisfied with my purchase and do recommend it as a training tool for others. Just remember to connect your command with the tone (command, then tone) and sooner or later that should be effective. The company does provide an insert in the box that informs the user that some dogs, like some humans, suffer from hearing issues and this device may not be effective. The only way to tell is to try it.Lastly, my dog has begun digging in the backyard in a few spots. My next mission is to see if the same process will correct that behavior. If I remember, I will come back to update this post.
