The larger pipes, low-restriction mufflers, and tuned resonators of a well-designed performance exhaust system can make a world of difference on your vehicle. The net result is lower auto exhaust backpressure, more horsepower, more torque, and a much better sound.

I was able to get the exhaust installed in about 10 minutes with the car on a lift. Everything lined up fine with the stock hangers and exhaust manifold/cat. Might need to trim the bumper, hasn’t melted yet with one commute. Sounds like a Honda with a fart can but honestly that’s what I’m going for with this build, like a high schooler with an expendable income. The downside to this exhaust is that it is hitting the body in certain scenarios causing and annoying knocking under the passenger seat. Haven’t gotten under to see what I can do to mitigate this but really I shouldn’t have to do any modification with a brand new product. Can’t really be mad at the price tho.

does hang a little low and is hard to isntall, but it dosent sound too bad. the drone is horriable but a resonator could help. overall not a bad product for all of you teenagers with civics.

Sound quality, to me, is great! It has a nice tone at idle and shifting through gears sounds nice as well. Of course towards higher rpms, maybe 4k+, you'll get the ol honda exhaust sound. Either I got lucky or my stuff is pretty secure, because I don't get that sound often unless I really get on it. All in all you're getting the Honda exhaust sound. You can decide if that's good or not? For me it's sounds great and is much better than the rusted out stock exhaust.Installation was easy, everything bolted on easy. I do have an aftermarket header on though, I do believe it would hook up to your cat, but I would recommend getting an aftermarket header (sound, exhaust flow, blah blah blah). Do it how you want it. :)I'm very happy with the overall look. Trimming up the bumper for the exhaust tip wasn't to crazy. For me I used a dremel tool for a little, then realized I could just use a razor and VERY CAREFULLY AND SLOWLY cut the plastic. Please be careful lol.My exhaust isn't to low or anything, at the moment, I do plan on upgrading all the suspension so that may change later. I feel that's something you just have to figure out. Like what works best for you. As far as stock suspension, everything fit fine!As far as I can tell everything seems very durable. All the welds looks great to me, but only time will tell what kind of quality DNA is putting out. *at least with my use, your use will vary!Maybe I'll throw out an update after I redo the suspension! Thanks for reading!

All the welds looked very good, fit pretty decent other than the angle of the down pipe didn’t fit ( could be my after market headers). It is very loud which is exactly what I was looking for, would recommend.

Not good, the exhaust will not fit my model civic. I tried to put it on the car but it is hitting the front sway bar and stoping me from conecting to the header the exhaust pipe Hang lower than the factory. The two resonators are fake. They are just hollow expansion tubes. The muffler has a perforated metal tube but no fiberglass in it. Never got to hear what it sound like so I can tell you anything about that.

First off, it does fit properly with the stock anti-sway bar, so I had to remove that. Second, since it is larger in diameter that the oem exhaust, it hits the undercarriage and makes a rather obnoxious noise. Third, it's VERY raspy, and doesn't sound the best. What bothers me the most, is the contact it has with the vehicle itself, will have to buy new motor mounts and hope that stabilizes the engine enough that it doesn't shake the exhaust too much (I mean, there are over 250k miles on the motor mounts), since there is only about 1/2" of clearance between the exhaust and the body.As for the sound it makes, I may just remove the back portion of the exhaust with the muffler and see how that sounds. Based on that, I may just straight pipe it from there, or add a different muffler and tip. Will update once I do that.

Just a little difficult to put on and will definitely need some help. Other than that it is amazing on my 04 civic lx. It sounds pretty good for such a low priced exhaust and I definitely recommend it if you have a low budget. Had it for over 6 months and no problems whatsoever.

Unless your civic has been converted entirely for the track, do not buy! I wanted to experiment with this exhaust system and was disappointed. The metal quality is poor and it will rust quickly. A mounting arm on the exhaust broke when I was adjusting the poor fit. Bends in the pipe do not line up well under the vehicle. The elbow bend over the rear suspension creates turbulence before the muffler. I solved this with high end butyl rubber that reduced the shaking, but the OEM does not bend the pipe back down.Unfortunately, if you find that this system is a cheap option, you'll get what you pay for. Try a well engineered system from a name brand if you want performance. Otherwise stick to the the OEM parts.
