Seems like it works well. And I would be ok with the high price, but because of that price, I have a hard time overlooking the fact that the tube should work. I does not fit in the nozzle or the cap. Do better.

I bought this specific can because it shipped and sold from amazon, and it could arrive the soonest. Big mistake. The red straw thats included does not fit. Its not even close, either. I was able to use a straw from one of the several cans in my garage at least. So if you dont have a collection of straws, and you need one, DO NOT buy this particular 1.4 oz can

i got this for a malfunctioning volume potentiometer on a ion tailgater plus speaker this stuff restored the volume potentiometer to full working order its now got clean audio with that speaker no more scratchy audio

I’ve built high end amps and repaired them as well. If you don’t want to replace parts try this first. I play guitars and use this on all my pots. Expensive but it is the top of the line used by the pros for a reason.

I've had at least 3-4 old electronic products that I thought were goners resurrected by using this Deoxidizing spray, including an old Yamaha mixer, Alesis SR16 drum machine, and some pots on old guitars. It's truly remarkable stuff that revitalizes electronic parts that develop oxidation over time. And a little goes a long way. Just zap the affected area with some spray, and work the knob/fader/or other moving part and if you're like me your product is refreshed and good to go.

I bought a piece of used tube audio equipment and when I removed the cover, I found a soft drink had spilled gumming up all the potentiometers and tube sockets. I went to my local hardware store and purchased a competitors brand. Treating the pots twice with a heavy coat did nothing. I ordered the Deoxit and 2 small shots on each pot, sockets and switches was all it took. They work like new now and the component sounds great. Use this sparingly as it doesn't take much and comes in a small can.

awesome product!The only thing that is of poor quality is dealing with amazon customer service. It's extremely poor customer service, and lack thereof. When calling the customer service you end up some place overs seas and it's impossible to understand anyone let alone get your point across without them trying to summarize what you said back to you and it sounds like they have no idea what they are talking about, and have no English speaking skills whatsoever. It is a seriously poor reflection of our times when the man who owns amazon could do so much better for the people he employs and services, as customers. This is such a disservice when you are unable to have a conversation with who should be customer service. This will appear on all reviews because amz refuses to do anything to help or improve the situation for it's customers or own workforce, it's really a shame and a pity.

The only reason for 4 stars on the value for money question is because the can is very small. I do anticipate this can lasting a long time though, and Deoxit is THE line of cleaning and lubrication for faders, switches and other sound and lighting control systems - basically anything that turns or clicks.
