This was supposed to be a bulk purchase on 12 skeins of DMC B5200 that I need to cross stitch a project. But I only received 1 skein, at a price of over $21!!!! Calling Customer Service I was told my only option to get my money back was to return item - they could not send me the other 11, because they did not have any! DMC embroidery floss is perfect, and all I use - but this purchase of it was not. I will get my supplies elsewhere now.
