I've always had problems with a bruised knee in wrestling. I got this new pad to test out and it works great. It is very thick and stays in place all of wrestling practice. I've been using it for over a month now and it has been wonderful.

I've got to share how much I love my D&M Knee Pads! They’ve truly been a game-changer for me. The double-layer memory foam and high-density foam give such great cushioning; it really makes a difference when I’m cleaning, organizing, or tackling DIY projects.What I really appreciate is their ergonomic design, which hugs my kneecap nicely. Plus, the material is super comfy and keeps my knees cool and dry, which is a huge bonus!These knee pads are awesome for sports too, like volleyball and basketball, making them perfect for both preventing injuries and helping with recovery. If you spend a lot of time on your knees, I can't recommend them enough!

This knee pad, which I received through Vine, is excellent for high-impact activity. Its thick padding provides great protection and shock absorption without feeling bulky. The sleeve fits snugly and stays in place during movement.

This might be good if you need just a little extra cushioning, but I chose it because it indicated it would be good support for an injured knee and would provide some compression also. That was not the case for me. I used the size chart to choose my size but it was too large and loose and provided no support or compression. The knee pad is cushy enough that if you wanted it just for kneeling (or you're lots younger than I am and wearing it on the volleyball court where you're going to go down on your knees to make that saving bump) it would probably be comfortable, but if you need support and compression for an injured knee, this wouldn't be what you need.

The description is very misleading. The first two words are "Knee Pads". This typically means a pair of knee pads. For the price, I would expect a PAIR of knee pads. The one pad that arrived was of very good quality.

I opted for the black/gold color combination in size L, and I couldn't be happier with how they look and fit. I admit that I was careless and missed the fact that this is just one pad. Who would sell kneepads that way??? That makes this a pretty pricey purchase.After that, I'll admit that this seems to be a very good pad with a comfortable fit and solid padding for sports use. I did not play at a competitive level, but did play a lot of volleyball and this feels good for the moves needed in the game.Their sizing chart seems to be off. My knee circumference in the center (across the kneecap) is 17.5". The chart suggests that a Large might fit me. But I had bought a Medium and it is a very comfortable fit, snug without restricting movement and not about to slide down. Something to keep in mind if you want to buy these.
