This held up well first use and did not loose air as some of the previous reviews had stated. Size is perfect! Also not as thin as I thought it might be per advertised pictures.

I was just going to check it out. I made it up with comfy bedding and got in it and I've skipped a whole day because I'm just too gloriously cozy. I got up a few times, but came right back.I had forgotten how comfortable an air bed can be. I used one as my bed for years because it helped my "back" so much.Down below is how I made a single air bed last four years with no leaks. I'll be doing that again, since I can walk immediately after sleeping on this. For years I could lay down only a short time, so celebrating with a day in bed is both fitting and long overdue. I can't believe I forgot. This is really, really nice air bed. It has two layers and already sits high by itself, but put it up on something and it's even better. Mine is about waist high right now and I love it.The built-in pump inflated it fast. I turned the dial to "inflate" and it did. It won't stop trying to inflate, so stay in earshot or just stay and watch it. It's pretty quick.Someone couldn't pay me to turn it to "deflate" right now, but I did use it to let a little air out for comfort adjustment and it worked fine.Overall, I obviously really love this air bed._______I went through several air beds before I learned some things.Tips to Make an Air Bed Last for Years:I have a 2" mattress topper under my bottom sheet, which I suggest for not only comfort, but to distribute the force of elbows and rear ends so one small part of the bed top doesn't get stressed too much. A couple of retired comforters works just as well.I also put a smooth, thick liner under the mattress to keep it from sliding and protect it from the 2 cots I have it up on right now.I forgot to mention I put this full size bed up on 2 camping cots to keep it spotlessly clean, so I'm up higher than a standard bed.Since I've found out this is my new bed, I'll be putting a breathable comforter then extra bottom sheets on both the top and, upside down, on the bottom, and then bed-sacking the whole thing into a zippered bed bag, and then topping it with a 2" memory foam mattress topper, which becomes the "bed unit" that stays together through several changes of sheets.I don't do sharp things anywhere near an air bed, ever. Leaning up on one elbow in one spot too many times on a seam can cause the seam to weaken or interior baffles to separate from the outer layer. My husband was past, so I can't say whether any air bed could survive an "active" couple, but I wouldn't expect any piece of furniture to last long under those conditions, so there's that. But, I am certain that a firmer mattress topper and more padding could postpone the inevitable. I'd keep a back-up or a good instant raft repair handy, or do the activity elsewhere. ... but maybe this bed is different. This air bed is extremely thick. It's the heaviest and has the thickest material of any air bed I've ever used, so I would think that it can survive a lot of things that other inflatable beds can't. It definitely feels more stable, and it's able to get firmer than others, so it seems likely.I should also point out that it's worth spending a few more bucks to not have your guests (or you) ending up spending half the night on the floor or waking up shaped like a "U" and having to reinflate over and over, even for one single night. I clearly remember several of them from decades ago. It's unforgettable discomfort.Notably, this air bed Did Not come with a patch kit, which I'll assume is because they didn't think I'd be needing one. If I ignore other reasons, that alone, I think, I hope, bodes well for the longevity of this bed.I know that air beds are intended to be temporary, but if it helps me sleep and get up and walk afterward, I'm doing it.I'll come back here to add how long it lasted. I'm guessing it will be a long time, since this is not built cheaply at all. So far, it seems like the kind of quality worth paying for, but time will tell, right? Until then, it's still in service.

This is a good self inflating mattress. It does sag in the middle by morning, but that's common with air mattresses. The pump is fast, efficient, and bi-directional. It isn't strong enough to lift much more than bedding, but once the mattress is fully inflated, it is firm--though again, in 8 hours or so, it will have relaxed a bit.The pump isn't for maintaining a full mattress--or rather, it isn't an automatic pump keeping it full. You have to turn it on and off as needed.I removed a star for implying this was strong enough to let dogs on it. I have sufficient bedding and topper on it that I'm not concerned about my dog's nails puncturing it, but there are multiple pictures showing dogs (crudely photoshopped) on the bed and touting the thickness of the material. Then, reading the manual, they tell you not to let dogs or pets on it because it won't stand up to their claws. It is pretty tall for an air mattress, and I'm not sure why it's so tall. I think it could easily be half the size and still function well, and inflate faster.Still, I am overall quite pleased with it.

The quality and price are excellent on this air mattress. My wife and I use it in one of our spare bedrooms. It is excellent for our company. I've actually slept on it myself, and it is very comfortable.

Why I Purchased This ProductI wanted a high-quality air mattress for guests to use when they stay over. Comfort and durability were my top priorities, and this king-sized air mattress seemed like the perfect fit. It has completely lived up to my expectations.Key Features & My ExperienceThis air mattress is excellent quality. The thickness is impressive, and unlike thinner air mattresses, it keeps you elevated and comfortable all night. You won’t wake up on the floor in the morning, which is a huge improvement over standard air mattresses. The built-in pump is a standout feature. It inflates the mattress in just a few minutes and lets you adjust the firmness to exactly where you want it, whether you prefer it softer or more firm. The pump works quickly and efficiently every time. This mattress is seriously huge—it’s a true king size. While that makes it too large to take camping (since it won’t fit in most tents), it’s absolutely perfect for home use. It’s ideal for hosting guests, which is exactly what I bought it for.Another bonus is how easy it is to store. It folds up neatly and fits into a relatively small box, which is convenient when space is limited.Pros and ConsPros:- Thick mattress keeps you off the floor and super comfortable.- Built-in pump works quickly and allows for adjustable firmness.- True king size, perfect for home use.- Compact and easy to store when deflated.Cons:- Too large for most tents, so not ideal for camping.Who This Product Is Best ForThis air mattress is perfect for anyone looking for a high-quality guest bed. It’s incredibly comfortable, easy to set up, and ideal for hosting friends or family at home. If you’re looking for a mattress for camping, though, its size might be a bit much.Final Thoughts and RatingThis king-sized air mattress is a fantastic purchase. It’s comfortable, easy to use, and well-designed for home use. The built-in pump and true king size make it a perfect solution for guests. Highly recommend—five stars!
