We are also veteran users of the PetSafe litter box. We experimented with plastic and metal litter trays. Unfortunately, the following problems have arisen. We still think that the replacement is better and more convenient to use. So, we've redesigned the tray to be better and more cost-effective.

We are a veteran user of the Petsafe Scoop-Free Self-Cleaning Cat Litter Boxes. However, the price of Petsafe Cat Litter Tray Refills has become more and more expensive over the years. But there was no improvement in quality. Every time cat urine seeped into the wooden floor, I was really devastated.
Therefore, we redesigned and produced the cat litter tray. We are committed to providing the best products while caring for our planet.

I know that these were titled as disposable however they are so sturdy that I almost feel like I'm doing something wrong by throwing them away. It does say in the description that they can be washed and reused however if you're buying these you most likely are buying them because they're disposable and you don't want to wash out the little pan. With that being said if you wanted to use these multiple times I think they're sturdy enough that you would be able to do so.

Where have these been! I have two Petsafe automatic cat litter box systems and three cats that are super picky. The refills for this system are super expensive 24.99 a piece and 65 for a 3-pack. I saw these and got crystal litter and omg it’s amazing! Perfect fit! The savings over time will be so much! This pan is super easy to change out too. I like the included trash bags that are a perfect fit. I haven’t noticed any smell from urine like in the name-brand throw away refills. I love this design but hate the price. That said I would still recommend and most likely buy again!

These were a good swap replacement for the scoopfree system. I usually run through litter faster than the estimated because I have a big cat, so whatever they recommend for a little 8 pound thing usually goes twice as fast for me. That means twice the cost. These work well, are just as easy to swap and I feel safer about potential urine seeping through with the plastic versus the cardboard that usually is uses. My cat took to these just as well, but I did use crystal litter he was used to. I am trying to cut costs so I may try to use other litter options but for now this is a great option.

Sadly they are warped. I noticed the kitty fecal sticks to the bottom. Not a fan.

I love the idea of these and they fit the scoop free automatic litter box very well.I don’t like that two of the pans were cracked and smashed out of shape right out of the box. At $60 for the set, two damaged pans is a financial loss.The damage did not occur in shipping because these were shipped in a heavy cardboard box. Instead, the damage was due to whomever bundled the pans together using plastic wrap. They used too much force to tape the pans together before they were put in the shipping box.The pans come with a metal lid that mimics the cardboard flap that comes on the OEM scoop free litter box refills. The metal lid comes with a little screwdriver and a few screws and instructions to show you how to disassemble your $150 scoop free litter box in order to replace it with this metal lid. It appears to be an easy process. However the big question is WHY would anyone do this?? The metal lid cannot be thrown away and does NOT keep the cat waste from being seen when the pan is being changed - so what purpose does it serve?I wish someone would create a generic version of the actual scoop free litter box refills, complete with the little magnets. But until they do, these disposable litter pans work well enough. Just be prepared to receive a few pans that can’t be used because of damage.

I had my hesitations, as the piece to attach to the cover is much deeper than the one the box came with, but it seems to work well and attaches easily. The pans themselves, well, they are doing double duty. One is on the cat box, the others are in service as building brick sorters while I wait to need them!The sides are a perfect height, and the small tray allows for sorting the pieces immediately needed.The one on the cat box is working properly, also!I have a feeling these trays could have a multitude of uses, and at a price point that makes them practical.One came warped, but it will still fit, as the side will have the top lowered into it. The rest were in perfect condition.

I was so excited to see these trays. We love our litter boxes that these fit (we have three) but they are getting old and the trays get the most use. Using this gives us a chance to really clean the regular tray and let it air out. I was surprised to find out that it only works for one litter box because you only get one insert.To use these trays, you take off the magnets from your box and put an insert they provide. At first, I was doubtful it would work but now we don't have to worry about that part falling off all the time. On the downside, it only gave a narrow gap to hook the moving cover part back onto the main part. It was a little difficult to attach with the additional part.Otherwise, this product functions just like it should. It is a clear color, which is fine with me. There is a smell to them that I am hoping will go away. I thought it had but it seems to have come back. These are definitely an affordable alternative to buying a new tray.We have been using one now for about two weeks. So far so good.
