I have two 32 inch monitors that I wanted to use with a new computer that requires separate video connectors on a USB docking station. These cables are long enough to be used without having lots of excess wire and the cables work perfectly on the Display Port monitors and video expansion docking station.

I saw these said "source >" on one end, and assumed it was a "polar" cable, IE it has to go a certain way, then saw it says "source >" on BOTH ends. So it's just saying the end goes into a device.I had one cable that felt like it had seated into my Dell WD19TS dock, but turned out it was just a little off, so it wasn't working. It also, unlike most of my DP cables, does NOT have a "lock" tab. But it goes from my laptop dock to a KVM switch, so the intent is minimal motion, and I think it will be fine for that. Might just be a bad cable end, as the other one in the bag worked just fine.

These cables perfectly meet my needs with a reliable and high-quality connection, when my option is the Display port connections.The cables themselves feel sturdy and well-made, and to me indicates they are durable and should offer long-term usability.The cable's length of 1.5 ft makes it an ideal choice for my setups where space is limited. Considering its excellent performance and build quality, this cable offers great value.if you could spend far more for the same thing, but when it fits the need for good quality and perfect size option, why would you?

I was really hopeful for these DisplayPort cables, they feel quite sturdy with fabric sheathing and have a nice short length. The plug goes in firmly despite not having a latch release button. But they can't carry a HBR2 (DisplayPort 1.2) signal, like for my 1440p 144Hz ultrawide monitor. The video appears for just a second before dropping and trying again. Any DisplayPort cable can technically carry any signal, but these are obviously prone to noise and only good for RBR (1080p 60Hz).
