Bought two of these, they both stopped working after roughly 2-3 months. My advice: Get a monitor that you wont have to use these stupid adapters on.

These cables were torn out of the box, and plugged into a production environment within minutes of their delivery. Everything was as expected, resolution is good, color is excellent. Very happy with these cables.

These work for DP1.2, daisy chaining 3 off one DP port. I don't game (not yet) but works great for productivity. I have 3 1920x1200@60Hz using these cables. The 1200 is not a misprint, I'm not a fan of 1080p, it's a little too short for productivity.These have a retainer clip on them and the shell of the cable is a rather hard plastic. These don't appear to be able to stand up to repeated inserts and this is probably why one of my first two was bad out of the box. But they work great for what I do - which is set them up once and leave them there. They arrive fast and so did the replacement. I must like them because I repeat ordered them so much that Amazon thinks I need a subscription for them LOL.
