My wife is a teacher, and her passion has always been geology. This was a great purchase. She teaches 3rd graders and they have loved exploring these geodes.She has also taught 6th, 7th and 8th grades, she says that this set is fantastic for the older kids too.

My daughter was really sad- bad quality of rocks. Not all rocks are Geos. We had some really big ones- try to cut- it was nothing but solid rock and mud. Most of the rocks are mud and solid. We had a few real Geos.
