This bike hanger was very affordable but it does the job well. Installation took maybe half an hour of measuring and drilling holes. I was a little concerned about whether the screws would hold that much weight, but the hook has a clever design—it pushes most of the weight of the bike against the wall.It does take a bit of strength to lift the bike onto the hook, but considering the price, I don’t mind. The second plate is a nice touch to protect the wall from the lower tire.

I have always used the single screw in hooks with my bikes which always had me worried about ripping out of the stud. when I envisioned something more sturdy and reliable this was exactly what came to mind and coming across it I knew I had to have it. build quality is solid, welds look good, and the hardware supplied is better than any other cheap crap that usually comes with every product on Amazon.also for those wondering about mounting right next to a door casing, it works perfect

If I had seen this in person before I purchased it I would have gladly paid more. Very well made and sturdy. Not cheap or flimsy. Simple to install. It should be mounted into a stud. Depending on the weight of your bike I don't think drywall anchors would take the weight (I could be wrong). If mounting into drywall I would suggest either using toggle bolts or molly bolts. If mounting into plaster I would recommend the same. I used toggle bolts to anchor into plaster and wood lath and it holds tight. I am very happy and will tell my friends about it.

simple and easy to use and install - should be a bit longer, my tire almost touches the wall by about 1 inch.

This is a great idea, saves space if it can be applied to your garage. I used this next to a shelf unit and it works amazing! Cleared up a ton of space! The bike used to be a nuisance and was always in the way or taking up too much room. Now, look at the minimal space it uses. Can't say enough good things about this piece. Went from one that hung the bike by the frame sideways to this! Installation was rather easy but I made it more difficult because I really wanted it mounted to the studs. This is next to a car and I didn't want any possibility of it coming off the wall because of the weight. It's very secure and the top hook works so well you don't even worry about it coming off by accident.

The product itself is a good product. Metal top piece, plastic base plate. I think it is sturdy and will hold ip.The issue was on instillation. The screws and anchors were not a matching size. We put the holes in the wall, anchors in, screws in, bike up, only for the whole thing to pull out of the anchors because the screws were too narrow. We solved our problem by buying larger diameter screws, but I don’t think selling this as a whole unit is beneficial. Wither include the correct screw size or do not include the hardware.

I am impressed with the Dirza wall mount bike rack. The hook is made of sturdy rubber coated metal, and the plastic base seems to be made with High impact plastic as well. The mounts were easy to install, but since I screwed the mounts directly into a wall stud I used my own dry wall screws, longer screws. The previous reviews mentioned that the hooks were a little difficult to use with larger/ wider mountain bike wheels and I would confer with this assessment. My tires fit, but they are snug and require a little fineness to put the wheel on and off the hook. If my tires were any wider the hook would have to be bent to accommodate the tire. There is no way this system would work putting the mount into just dry wall with the anchors, it would rip out of the wall the first time you attempted to remove the bike from the mount. For the price I would highly recommend the Dirza wall bike mount rack.
