Your cart is empty.The RP-4000 MK2 is a solid DJ turntable for advanced users. The new MK2 version comes with several improvements, including a newly developed top panel and reworked metallic buttons with enhanced feel as well as a variety of functions. Additional features, such as reverse play and pitch reset, offer all DJs direct control of their turntable. With the push of a button the aluminum target light can be extended, so that the needle position can be seen in dark surroundings. The precision-engineered die-cast platter is accelerated by a powerful motor with a high-torque direct drive of more than 1. 8 kg/cm. The precise motor control with 3 speeds (33 1/3, 45 & 78 rpm) allows for the RP-4000 MK2 to play back any record. The pitch section with a selectable range of +/-8% and +/-16%, respectively, is suitable for the finest pitch adjustments. The RP-4000 MK2 features a statically balanced s-shaped tone arm with hydraulic lift and anti-skating mechanism. Via the universal connection for pick-up systems (SME) a large number of pick-up systems can be connected. The RP-4000 MK2 comes with the high-quality OM Black pick-up, handmade by Ortofon in Denmark, pre-fitted to a headshell ready for immediate playback. The new deep black metallic top panel construction is equipped with metallic buttons for start/stop, platter speed, pitch control, reverse function and tempo reset. The improved touch upon hit offers a clear haptic feedback. The sturdy construction with optimized damping features and shock-absorbing feet improve isolation from unwanted vibrations. Great turntable using it to play records and dvs with traktor, very solid feeling unit, just not as solid as 7000s but great for the money compare to similar priced other brands.

This is a great turntable, but not for beginners. Took it out of the box set it up and I was ready to rock, but i could not! This turntable needs a pre amp! It is not an expensive fix it is just annoying that in all the descriptions nothing about a pre amp was never mentioned!

And when I lower or raise the tone arm with the little lever, the arm moves REALLY far. I have to do it slowly, like a slug moving across a leaf to get the needle to drop into the groove I'm trying for.And yeah, I've done the antiskate adjustments several time, seems to be a problem in how the mechanism that raises/lowers the tonearm moves - there's some lateral play.ALSO, my major issue, is isolation from the cartridge. I'm using an Ortofon OM40, very light, and despite several layers of vibration dampening, I'm STILL getting bass feedback into the needle, and if I touch the turntable, THAT sound transmits directly into the speakers. Kind of annoying.I was also expecting RCA jacks AT the turntable, not a hardwired system. Not a major show-stopper, but something I'd expect from a highly-rated, somewhat pricey TT.Static buildup is a problem. I've checked grounds, relative humidity is around 40%, even bought a deer skin platter mat which reduced it some, but not eliminated it.Would i buy it again? No. After a LOT of shopping, searching, reading reviews, I chose RELOOP over Technics, and will likely take a hit on dumping this TT in the near future for something a little more solid.***********************update.Still using this, but ONLY for mono LP’s. I got a mono needle for the Ortofon OM-40 and for 1930-1960’s era jazz, it sounds fine.However… that motor rumble is getting REALLY annoying. Not louder, and it only started right around the time the Amazon return period was over, but if I touch a cleaning brush (Discwasher D3 or carbon fiber) to the LP MAN does it get LOUD and takes a few seconds to half a minute to settle down.Haven’t dug around into the mechanism yet, but I suspect there’s SOMETHING that can be tightened, greased, or replaced that will stop this as, yes, it DOES transmit through the cartridge.Tried selling it, NOBODY responded to ads for almost a year as I dropped the price to about 30% of what I paid.Maybe in another year or so, after amortizing the expense a bit more, I’ll donate this to Goodwill, take a tax write-off, and buy something better. My MAIN TT is a Thorens TD125 Mk II with upgraded electronics, SiNi bearing in the platter with a sapphire plate, SME V tonearm, Ortofon Cadenza Black. 52 years old, dead quiet.In summary, Reloop? POS. Run away. Avoid.

Parto dalla premessa che non sono un audiofilo ma il prodotto è a mio parere veramente buono per il suo livello qualitativo . Dopo aver letto diverse recensioni cercavo (per mio gusto ) un giradischi a trazione diretta , "solo" per l'ascolto dei vinile (senza esigenze prodfessionali) . Dire che l'acquisto è stato perfetto !!; buon livello di qualità prezzo . Materiali di costruzione buoni ; una volta settata la puntina, e l'antiskid, il giradischi gira benisssimo . Silenzioso e presico nel seguire le tracce di vinili anche piuttosto datati - L'ho accoppiato alla puntina della ORTOFON (dedicata ) blue Concorde ed il risultato è stato buonissimo (nella confezione c'è già comunque una puntina più che adeguata all'ascolto) . Come dicevo , lascio ad altri il commento per usi professionali del prodotto ma per il "solo" ascolto dei vinili direi che va veramente bene e per di più ad un prezzo accessibilissimo. Non è pre amplificato quindi ricodatevi di prendere un preamplificatore (io ho acquistato un HAMA che fa egregiamente il suo dovere- c.a. 40 € su Amazon) . Non sò che altro dire ....cosigliatissimo a 5 stelle !!

Sehr guter Plattenspieler auch für den Hausgebrauch.Ich habe den Plattenspieler noch mit einem erstklassigen Tonabnehmer ausgestattet und der Klang ist dann absolut hervorragend.
