Fit well. Fast delivery. Works great. Should be something to always do but double check the instructions like others have said to connect correctly.

This relay is billed as direct fit and although it did go into the spot the old relay attached its so big I couldn't get the cover back on my Atwood 8500-IV furnace , had to rewire to install in a spot where the cover would fit, could have bought a $10 relay to do that, have used Dinosaur parts before with good results but this part not so much.

In my 89 RV my relay went out and I ordered this one. It was in the 40's and getting colder. Came in 2 days quicker than I was told and only took 5 min. to install. Fit was prefect and worked like a charm. The wire spots was different than the original but it was not an issue. I like the 2 min. cool down it has, Its like free heat. My furnace pulls 0.5 amp's less than the original witch I like. I watch my power usage as I'm on solar and live in my RV full time so every bit of power I save is great. I have used this for about 6 months before I have wrote this review and it have worked every time it is needed. 100% happy with it and well worth the money. Get one if you have the original and swap it our before yours dies on you when you need it most.

I have a 1999 Fleetwood RV with an Atwood 8531-III furnace. The title is a bit vague it took a bit more than just the relay to solve my problems but it made a significant improvement over the stock mechanical time delay start shutdown and I highly recommend the upgrade if you are doing any work on your furnace.I was having issues with starting and running to proper temperature in the process of fixing I replaced the main circuit board, time delay relay, sail switch and over temperature sensor. After my personally financed lesson in RV furnace repair I highly recommend changing the over temperature sensor (confirmed failed component), and sail switch (they are cheap and right there when changing temp sensor) and the Time delay relay before jumping after the control board. Hope this helps someoneAlso Dinosaur components are in my opinion the best... better than oem and made in USA.

Took off the wires from the original time delay relay and transferred them to this relay using the diagram on the back of this relay. Now my 15 amp fuse keeps popping and the heater will not work. Not happy with this at all.

This is the third piece of Dinosaur electronics I have used in my RV - Furnace Control, Hot Water Control and now Furnace Relay - ALL PERFECT!!You can not replace the relay using the wire locations from the old one: Do this -Measure and find the 12 VDC hot lead (only one with voltage on it) - one terminal found. Locate the thermostat wire (the one that also connects to the sail switch lead that goes down into the motor housing - another terminal found. Ground - follow back a wire that connects onto the furnace housing metal - third lead found. Motor power lead - wire that looks like it goes down into the motor shaft - fourth and last lead found. Look at the diagram that comes with the relay and connect accordingly. Scary at first unless you know what all four leads in your RV are for. You can not follow the pattern of the previous relay, And the screw holes were perfect - did not even need to remove the screws from the old relay - just loosen and slide it out. One piece of advice - use an analog voltmeter when working on your RV's 12 volt system, a digital meter will find voltage where there is no useful power because they are so high in impedance...
