I am a beginner cross stitcher. At first it was confusing but I caught on quickly. It comes with everything you need and I’m so excited to have hand made ornaments for my tree for Christmas

Super cute felt applique kit. You can make 3 different felt gift card holders. Very simple kit because the holes are pre-punched. The instructions are pretty basic but simple to understand. I was easily able to make these in a weekend. The felt is nice quality and the finished pieces are adorable.

I have bought many dimensions gold kits over the years, and this one with Victorian style ornaments, is as amazing as the rest! I just started working on the kit and it is well organized, with floss separated and easy to tell apart. Directions are clear and easy to read, and the quality of the materials are great. Excited to see how this turns out!

Dimensions cross stitch kits never fail to disappoint. Am enjoying this very much. It is detailed and more suited to more experienced cross stitchers but if you're up for the challenge, it's worth it.

I bought this because we love wintery scenes in cross stitch. I have not stitched this one yet as I need to complete my project first. However, the kit came in complete with thread, needle, aida fabric. The pattern is easy to read. Pleased with it.

I haven't made this one yet but I have made many of the Dimension Gold Counted Cross Stitch Kits. I cannot speak highly enough of them. Most cross-stitch patterns, if not all, come with some open fabric. That is to say; some of the areas are left open without stitching and a lot of people like that. Personally, I stitch every square and leave nothing open. I finish the stocking using a rope trim, polyester velvet, and washable satin liner. I am sure to tack the liner to the toe/heel of the inside of the stocking so it can't turn inside-out when the kids dump the goods! :) These look so high-end when they are done. Very satisfying and well loved.Enjoy!

Turned out great! Excellent directions, more than enough floss, great detail, love the cloth-covered hoop to frame it with. I greatly enjoyed this project. It is probably not good for beginners, but fun for those with counted cross experience. I stitched my own saying onto it instead of the Merry Christmas and hohoho. Mine says Gnome 4 the Holidays. Put "Gnome" on back of red truck, put "4 the" on the license place, and "Holidays" below the truck. I would buy another project from this seller.

Pretty. I put it on a tree skirt to help hold the stitches together and to help protect it. Happy with it.

Great kit for an intermediate cross-stitcher. This kit was great. All of the threads were already organized and labeled, not in bundles. I didn't have to take the extra time to identify and sort the colors before starting. The patterns were straight-forward, but not too easy. The one I completed turned out beautiful! (It took me probably 10 to 12 hours total for the cross-stitching). I ended up purchasing some metallic gold rope and fabric for the backing instead of doing the braid with the thread they provided. There were some stitches that I thought should be quarter or three-quarter stitches, but I think it is easy enough to improvise those yourself. I had a great time sewing one of these and the recipient loved it.

These are the perfect ornaments for someone who has "been around the block" with cross-stitching, who wants to create a real work of art, not just another 2D Santa face saying "Ho Ho Ho". :) They're absolutely gorgeous! The cloth and thread are high quality, the colors are very rich (there are many, many of them!!), and the patterns are pretty well done/readable/large (as far as cross-stitch patterns go). The thread came pre-sorted, which was a big help with so many close colors! (I just recommend putting them immediately onto labeled cardboard bobbins or something, to tell them apart and to keep them untangled.)As something of a veteran cross-stitcher myself, I've complicated the design even further by implementing quarter-, half-, and three-quarter-stitches where none are suggested, and it's really crisping up the corners! (The pattern simply uses full cross-stitches and half-stitches for fill designs, so everything is done by blocks of color; this is the only failing--in my opinion--of the pattern, but if you've cross-stitched much it's pretty easy to use intuition to remedy it if you care to. On the other hand, the cloth grid is so small, it makes less difference, and makes it harder to do the teenier stitches, which is doubly why I imagine they skipped them. However, I'm a perfectionist.)I love that this gives me a "big" project that can be broken into small pieces, particularly for portability and ease of handling (I cut the fabric into 6 pieces and stitch one ornament at a time on a 5" hoop), but also so I feel some real progress is being made as I complete an entire ornament (even though it's only a portion of the whole project). It is a pretty small Aida count, though, so I don't recommend getting it if you have trouble seeing very small stitches, or don't have a good magnification system to remedy it,
