Instructions for Use:

1. Place the thermometer into the pool, and it will float on water's surface.

2. The built-in solar battery charges by sunlight, ensuring continuous power supply.

3. Press the °C/°F button to switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit temperature units.

4. To conserve power, hold the °C/°F button for 3 seconds to turn off the thermometer. Press the button again to turn it back on.

Attention:

1. If the LCD does not display after turning on the power when opening the package, please expose the thermometer to sunlight for battery charging. It will start working soon.

2. Please ensure the solar panel is clean for efficient charging and uninterrupted operation.

Bought this because our pool temperature sensors were not working well. It provides quick reliable readings in large digit display that is easy to read.

Having been using this for almost a year. It worked great and it was easy to read. However, after about a year, it stopped working. It seems to be charged. The display is showing a number for temperature; however, it is showing 90 degrees. My pool rarely reaches 90 degrees, even in the middle of my Miami summer. But it is February now and usually the pool temp is in the low 80's.

When our former pool thermometer died, we decided to go with this one. We are so glad we did! We love the easy to read digital temperature. We no longer have to bend down and fish the thermometer out of the pool to see where the small red line is.

This thermometer seems accurate as it always reads as the same temp our poor pumps says. It floats and has a lot string attached so I ended up tying it to our pool leveler otherwise it just floats away and you can't see to when you need to: it's great that it's solar powered so a really great little tool!
