My fence definitely isn’t nearly as long as this fencer powers but that’s on purpose. I have goats and they need a very powerful fencer in order to keep them in. With my old fencer if the electronet I was using got blown over in the wind they would walk across it and get out. With this one they won’t even think about it. I wear rubber boots and accidentally touched the electronet and got a powerful shock through my coat. This would toss me on my butt if I actually touched it.

This is the only model of fence charger I will ever use. Have use it for years. The last one lasted for 15 years.

Works great love how it tells you when it's not working or line is down. I have Brahman Bull, Hereford Angus heifer, Black Baldy Angus heifer, and 3 large horses that know this box means business. With breeding these large animals the box keeps my big crew inside and the dangers to them out specially during calving season.My bull use to rub his head on my wire charged with my old 2 joule box like it was a massage. Not no more no one wants to test it after initial zap lol. If you are trying to contain large stubborn livestock this is the box you need. However only if you have the land required, multiline wire and large livestock or it will get way higher joules pumping if your Land is not of size recommended for box. Not for chickens, rabbits, or small animal containment.

stoped working sent back , they canted find it [lost ] so im SOL they sed , told them tracking # sed delivered , dont trust company no repair ,no return no replacment from them, they cant find it ,they lost , so im SOL,, when it worked,it worked good,, old company that used to have good people ,,not anymore still waiting for my rtplacment ,,from last year,,they wtll never send it

This is an update to the below. One year of continuous usage and still seeing between 14.9 to 15.6 kv output. Measuring over 9kv at the mid point of my 5 wire area. Even with weed growth and brush the RM1 is still keeping the goats in place. At this point looking at adding a other to provide additional grazing for my goats.OK, don't waste your money on a piece of Chinese crap like I did. Bought a Chinese manufactured charger that claimed to deliver 6 joules. Did not happen even going directly across the hot and ground terminals barely a tickle. Did some more research and decided to try the Parmark RM1. It is 5 month of operation and pumping out 18KV. Even my oldest buck goat now has a very healthy respect for it. Running a 5 wire system around a 1 acre area with a hot wire at 6 inches a ground at 8 another hot at 12 with the rest space at eight inch intervals even deters the coyotes. Additionally expanded the coverage with a 2 out wire enclosure that covers ten acres for rotational grazing. The RM1 delivers more than enough power to keep the goats in the established area. Even my guard dog avoids the tire setup after his first encounter.

When it worked it was great, but then died and doesn’t even turn on. Currently working with the company for the warranty work but have yet to get a call back.

I run 5 acres of fence. 4 hots lines and 2 ground lines. The mark 8 provided about 8K volts. This worked for most of my goats but a couple would escape regularly to come sit on the porch. The RM-1 has fixed the issue. It runs as 11K volts. The shock is way hotter. It has moved from being a large shock that feels like electricity and now feels like getting your hand slapped with a bat. Goats are hard on electric fences and this one does the job. If your having issues just make the switch, its night and day better.
