I've used similar products before without difficulty. The first number that I tried to use with these was very difficult. I tried to peel back the clear film from all four corners, and the number was not coming with it. It was sticking to the paper surface. Finally, I thought that I had succeeded and then realized that the paper backing had separated and the adhesive on the number had pulled off part of the paper backing. The second number that I used worked fine.

Unfortunately, these had to be returned. Despite carefully following the directions, multiple numbers “split” when trying to peel the backing prior to applying them to my mailbox. This problem affected so many of the numbers, that I had to remove my partial address and return the stickers. On the plus side, they were easy to remove…. Which is not really a plus when they are supposed to stay in place!! By comparison, I purchased from another seller a very similar type, and those went on perfectly and adhered VERY well. It’s a shame because I did prefer this font style, but I simply could not use them.

Although white on yellow works well closeup on a jet ski the white letters are not easy to see under summer sun conditions
