Use these literally everyday. We use them for our daily vitamin regimen. Also nice for liquid herbals and cough medicines etc. You can just throw them out when you are done if using liquids, or reuse for dry vitamins, medicines etc. The only thing with liquids.....drink the contents quickly so the cup doesn't leak at bottom.They work great!!!

These turned out to be a much better little cup than the ones i used to order. They are thicker and more durable and they have a protective coating as well. I will be reordering these again many more times. There is no going back to the old ones after using these. Definitely an upgrade!
