I'm 73" tall and weigh 170 lbs so I ordered size Large. As expected from reading reviews, sleeves were a little short for me (usually take a 34" sleeve). The waist is too large for me (usually take a 34" waist). Jacket length was good. Wanted jacket to go below waist level and it does. Material seems good for a windbreaker. Like the rip-stop. Did not test water resistance. No fleece inside sleeves - disappointment there. Hood is a good size. Like the drawstrings for hood and jacket bottom. Pockets are good. Overall, jacket is good but not great. Did not see a better lined windbreaker in the $55 range. Happy with this purchase.

This is the perfect jacket for the wind and rain. Very well made, very nice looking and perfect fit..Size lrg. gift for my husband who is 6 ft. tall and about 195 lbs.

These jackets are nice for those chilly days. Lightweight jacket that has a soft inside lining compared to the other ones I found that had the netting inside for the lining. There is an inside pocket and I really like the length. It comes below the butt to help keep you warm. I only used it once in the rain and it kept me dry. The hood also has a drawstring which is nice on those windy days. The only thing to be aware of is that they seem to run a little large but that is fine with me since I tend to like the extra room in case I want to wear a sweatshirt underneath. Bought my parents each one and they wear them all the time. Will be buying more for Christmas gifts. Would definitely recommend.

Ideal for those days that are cool, damp, blustery, with light showers. I got to try mine the day after I received it, and was very pleased with it. The fit leaves enough room for a sweatshirt underneath on those colder days (I'm 5' 10" 200lbs). The "fleece" lining gives extra insulation (not just one layer of bare nylon between you and the weather). The sleeves are fitted with a insulated smooth lining that makes putting the jacket on over a sweat shirt easier. The elastic in the cuffs are not to tight, and the zipper is easy to work. The sale price just made the purchase that much better.

The sleeve length is extremely short for a large. Straight down they seem to fit great but reach for anything above below to the side and the sleeves go up most of my forearm just a few inches from my elbow. I wear watches and those rubber bracelets and it is absolutely impossible to wear this jacket and them together. My arm length is slightly longer than average but even so the sleeves should not be this short. Almost like they were made for a size small jacket. The body fit perfect and the quality is above average. Plenty of warmth. Overall exactly what I wanted just with extremely short sleeve length. So basically useless for me.

Ordered a large as I'm about 5'8" and 220 and this came a little large but better that than a little small as I wear this as my all around go to jacket often usually with layers underneath. I might like Velcro sleeve closures but the elastic is ample and is holding up great so far. I might also like zippered pockets but then maybe I'm just being needy. I even wear this on really cold days and it does a great job of blocking the wind. The black rip stop nylon shell being so called "shiny" doesn't really bother me. All in all, another very well made product from Dickies at a reasonable price.

This is the second jacket I have purchased. I had the medium jacket before, which fit ok, but was a little tight. I lost it during a mini-vacation, so decided to order a large this time. As expected, it has a looser fit, but that's fine with me, because now I can wear an extra layer, such as a sweater without it feeling like I am squeezing into the jacket. Jacket is perfect for early Spring and Fall weather and a bit beyond. It's already late November and I'm still wearing it.
