Super easy to use, very convenient, so much better than electric tape and twisting with fingers.

I really like lever nuts when doing hobby prototyping using stepper motors, small DC motors, and such. These mimic the function of higher-priced name brands at a fraction of the cost. The wires and clamped securely and come out easily once the levers are unlatched. I would get these again.

I've used a number of different lever-style wire connectors over the past 5-10 years. Every one I've gotten in this style seems to have a really strong spring on the lever, which makes it hard to lift the lever accidentally. These follow that same pattern. There's a strip gauge (10mm/1cm) embossed on the back of the device, along with the allowed wire gauges and the UL stamp. Clear body allows you to ensure full-depth wire insertion, and a test port allows you to check for power using a probe without exposing a wire. Overall, great connectors. My only wish is that they would take up to a 12 gauge, not just 14 (another similar-looking brand I have does say it'll take a 12ga). Other than that, I have no complaints at all.

These lever wire connectors are one of many brands of similar products that have been introduced in recent years. They are superior to wire nuts in terms of size, so working in older homes with small boxes these might be a lifesaver. They also increase reliability of the connection when working with both stranded and solid wires together.Pay attention to several things when using. First, your wire ends should be as straight as possible, especially solid wires. Next, use the built-in strip gauge to make sure that you have removed the correct amount of insulation. Use only the allowed wire sizes. For these orange connectors, you can go as large as 14 gauge stranded or as large as 12 gauge solid, and only copper wires regardless of size. Make sure that the wires are inserted to the proper depth, with no bare wire exposed on the exterior. The clear body of the connector makes this easy. Close the lever and you are done. There’s a small square hole in the top center of each connector to insert a probe for an electrical tester, which makes troubleshooting much easier. These are a good price and there are numerous options available for wire size, number of wire ports, and configuration, making them a time and money saver. UL listed for building wiring up to 600 volts.

When used correctly, I think these may be more reliable than wire nuts. They make electrical work so much easier

I have been interested in alternatives to traditional wire nuts for a while. There are now several to choose from. This lever nut allows you to connect up to three wires securely, and also add or remove wires as your needs change. You can also do that with wire nuts, but if installed by twisting the wires together, it is more difficult to remove one wire from the bundle, and takes more time.I compared this Dicio lever nut with the popular WAGO 221-413 lever-nut, and found some differences.1. The Dicio lever nut is not rated to accept a 12ga. stranded wire, the WAGO 221-413 is.2. The Dicio lever nut is almost twice as tall as the WAGO; space in device boxes can be tight.3. The Dicio lever nut has raised printing molded into the clear plastic body, which is difficult to read depending upon lighting; the WAGO's printing is black on clear plastic, much easier to read.4. The Dicio lever ends are much smaller and placed closer together than the WAGO's.5. The Dicio's are priced lower than the WAGO's.I found that the Dicio lever nuts retained wires well; and, unlike a wire nut, there is an test port so that you can insert a meter probe to test voltage without opening the wire nut. Another advantage to the lever nut design is that the wires are free to go in any direction outside the nut, whereas with a traditional wire nut, if the wires are twisted together outside the wire nut, the assembly is much longer to the point where the wires are not constrained.

The price and function of these are great!
