This is an awesome pen. My hand doesn't hurt when using this one. It's comfortable in my hand and just feels normal. The heads haven't moved around. But I've only used it for a day. I do have to switch to my old pen to use the longer heads. I will be buying a couple more, just so I can have one for each head and notbhave to change them! Definitely 100% recommend this pen!

Poor design. The tips are so thick that accurate placement of the dots is almost impossible. also, after screwing in the tip, it did not align straight if the screw was in tightly. And if you loosened it up to be in the proper posio, then after a few uses it would go back out of alignment again.I did like the ergonomic factor of it, but other than that, it was not really able to be used correctly. I have put in for a return

I absolutely love the design of this diamond painting pen. It comes with several different tips, and the multi-spacers are angled. My wrist, fingers and hands no longer hurt.

This pen is similar to the other Ergo pen I've been using but this one just feels a little different with better quality.......LOVE the screw in tips, especially the single placer slanted one......and also LOVE the thicker, larger "O" rings that come with these.....the others are extremely difficult to manage and are so small that you can barely see them with the naked eye.......getting ready to order another one just so I'll have a spare for whatever reason another one maybe needed......love it THAT much!!!

I really didn't expect to like this, but wanted something that wouldn't fatigue my hand. I found that I gravitated much more to this tool than my other pens, which was surprising. It's super comfortable and the tips were secure in the pen. Resin is comfortable; no burrs, nothing that pinches. The tool itself is smooth and angled perfectly to fit your hand. There are scoops on the tool for your fingers to lay in/grasp and there is only one way to properly hold this tool if you want the ergonomic features. It minimizes my arthritis and keeps my hand from cramping. It's a heck of a lot better than those silly pink pens that come free with the kits!!I like the fact that it has 5 tips, though I find that switching out the tips is more work than other pens, and I worry that I will strip the threads on the pen itself. You also have to make sure that you screw in the tip at the right angle which takes more time than a regular diamond painting pen. The pen comes with silicone washers to help, but it takes some time and effort to switch out tips. The tips hold drills well and are not too big or small for use. Once in, the tips seem secure and don't wobble or move - the washers help here too. Because switching tips is kind of cumbersome, I just keep the single placement tip in this pen (since it's the one I use more often) and use multiplacer tips with other pens.Note that tips from other pens may not fit in this pen - so if you have a multiplacer or roller attachment that isn't part of this set, they probably will not work. This is not unusual - there is no standard size for tips - but I thought I'd let folks know.

I use single placers only as I can’t seem to get the hang of multi placers.Good things:• Comfortable• the screw in tips are easily swappable• pretty! (Although I wish the purple was a deeper shade)Bad:• the single placer is too thick. This makes placing a drill awkward enough that I will be returning this one.I bought the same style pen from a different seller and the size of the placer is perfect.
