These are a little too short waisted and didn’t hold the compression as well as the MacDavid brand I found at Walmart. The waist band also didn’t have the proper elasticity. They seem to be made well, but I was looking for and needing more than what these had to offer. They do have a lining, which is nice, so I’ll save them for wearing under swim trunks. That said, the MacDavid brand dries more quickly and will be my first choice. Note that I’d bought these for pre-surgery support purposes and they were just “okay” in terms of effectiveness. MacDavid was better.

These are definitely cut for those guys with a swimmers build and a small package. I, unfortunately, am not cut that way and am blessed with large hips and large buns. My shape causes me to size up. In just about every brand, XL prevents the dreaded plumbers crack. Not so much on these. They ride lower and my butt wants to break lose and say hi to the world. Granted, I should have noticed it in the pic that the hips are lower but, I didn’t. As for the crotch area, they are VERY tight. They surround everything well and prevent my boys from getting stuck to my legs but, there isn’t much give and squash everything flat making me squish the boys between my thighs. ...ouch...I had hoped these could replace my discontinued Shock Doctor 586’s, as they also are a brief in compression short, but these Diamonds have too many downfalls.Cons:-no cup pocket-very light compression-squishes the boys-cut to fit only one body style-material looks and feels like a slightly-stretchy version of IKEA bags-super expensivePros:-almost trunk sized (can also be a con)-would fit very well on a swimmers body (fellow kickboxers your thighs will be uncomfortable as the leg band is tight)-the waist band is very soft and comfy (I’m trying real hard)

I ordered based on the image a saw, I simple compression shorts with inner layer. I got a stupid looking shorts with bands all around the backside.

I rarely rate anything, but these are too good. I can now only wear these while rolling or boxing. The inside underwear keeps it all in check, while the compression short prevents chafing. Very well made, comfortable, and fits great. For price way better than Nike, underarmour brands

Im a 32 waste and I ordered a medium, it's pretty tight and putting them on I occasionally hear a stitch pop. They still handle well though, I don't see where these stitches are popping except on one section but its whatever. Ill definitely try size a large next time. Also, don't put these in the dryer! Start reading care tags and your stuff will stay like new. I'm gonna be ordering these every now and then as my new underwear, they work well as normal or as workout undies.

There's no way I can honestly review these compression shorts without sounding like a paid advertisement. These are game changers, best thing I've ever worn for athletics. I'm 6'3" 225lbs with a 36" waist and the XLs fit perfect.

Another great product from Diamond MMA. These compression boxer shorts are very comfortable, they're great for working out or wearing daily. I'm 5'8, 195 lbs and usually wear items in 34-36 inch waist size. The XL size fits like a glove.
