I wish I knew about this tool a long time ago. I use it to thin down the edge reeded walls of coin rings to even out the sizing. This works great. Then I smooth the new surface with varying grits of padded files and finally steel wool. Nice tool a fits the purpose of evening the ring edges for a smoother more elegant comfort fit ring. The price was excellent and the quality is great as well. Overall, Thai is a nice tool to have and makes my job easier. I highly recommend the tool a the seller.

I am a tile contractor and I use this weekly. It does good on porcelain, and great on ceramic. I will buy more from this brand.

First time trying this type of cutter. I used a grinder with diamond drill (1/4 or 3/8 inch) as starter. Then used cone bit to enlarge hole. Worked front and back. Holes are great. So smooth and you can make ovals as well.

Excellent tool to leave your ceramic tile nice and round. Watch the drill speed and the pressure because it might chip the ceramic tile. My advise is to secure your ceramic I tile and first use a drill bit to create the initial hole and then carefully enlarge the hole with the diamond cone to the diameter that you want. If you need a bigger diameter you have to purchase the other flat tip diamond cone to increase the diameter. I used the yellow one but there is another that is light blue that looks exactly the same but it may have a difference in the type of diamond. I have to find out about this. If you see you ceramic installer cuting the pipe holes like square do no hesitate to advise them to use this tool.

Got a tile or two with a corner a smidge high? Takes down hard porcelain tile fast. I turn the angle grinder on to get it spinning and then turn it off before touching a tile so it is more control-able. It’s heavy, that helps with stability while using. PRACTICE FIRST. It takes material away fast. I haven’t tried it for shaping. I’m sure it will be great for that too.

I got the idea to use it off of YouTube and wanted to see m whether it was worth it or not. So much better cuts than with just grinder, especially if I need to remove just a little for toilet flanges or for under door jambs for nice fits. Granted I have never been the best at cutting perfect circles with a grinder, this makes it look and fit cleaner for me. To each his own, but for me it is well worth it.

Bigger and heavier than expected. Despite the intended use for chamfering holes in harder materials, I got this for some wood projects, and it works fine. The abrasive diamond dust could have been applied a little more thickly, so I'm a little worried that it will rub off. Moreso if I'm chamfering holes in ceramic or metal. I'll let you know if that happens. Some of the yellow paint chipped from the shaft of the drill chuck adapter on the first use, and the adapter unscrewed about halfway on its own. If you start to hear or feel a thumping rattle, power down and check that connection. This thing will cause some damage if it goes flying at high rpm. In spite of these issues, it does the job pretty well on my project.
