I have only used one size of these so far and it digs into the wood very well, I trust the other sizes will work well for me. If you are using it to drill a blind hole you have to pull back on it frequently so the screw tip doesn't pull you all the way out of the other side. I have mostly used the one bit to drill holes in rotted fence posts and I don't want to drill all the way through into the concrete so I have to pull back on it to not dull the bit. I recommend even though they pull the bit into the work.

Fast drilling bits. I bought these to replace some damaged Irwin bits i have. They are built the same and work just as well. These were purchased for under $2 each. Good price.
