This is the second pair I bought from Amazon. I like the perfect fit and the convenience of the automated shoe-lace. I bought the shoes about 5 years ago and about a month ago the left shoe started developing tear by the side of my little toe.The only thing that prevent my little toe from protruding outside the shoe is a thin nylon lining inside the shoe.When I received my second pairs, I compared the first pairs from the new pairs and I found out that the second pairs has a more solid material by my lift little toe.Should I buy another pairs in the future? Yes, if this new pairs will last me 5 years or more.Oh, by the way, I got my new pairs with sliding sole.(reference from earlier customer comments).

Fit as expected and very breathable. Being a bit heavier than most, I needed a little more slide than what came stock with the shoe. I purchased the number 11 slide and Friggen awesome. New to BOA system but absolutely love it so far. I would have given 5 stars but the right shoe came with the BOA button detached from the tongue of the shoe. I used a little Shoe Goo to reattach it and good as new. I love the ability to buy soles and slides as wanted.

These are (bowling) life changing. So comfortable and such better quality than your standard $50-125 show that breaks down after year. Whether it be the sole's seam that rips or the heal/slide gets worn out...this shoe makes both of those a thing of the past. I'm sure the seams of these shoes will break down at some point but they are light years better than any shoe I've had in the last 20 years of bowling. The fact that I can swap out the heals/slides at any point just extends the life.Classic example of buy once, cry once.

They are a little expensive but they are high quality and work well. They are very comfortable, easy to adjust and look great. They need some break-in time, the first ball my left foot did not slide at all. You can imagine what happened. Very embarrasing.Bottom line: Exceptional quality shoes, very comfortable but your game will be up to you. Higher scores are not included.

I ordered a pair of these shoes for my grandson in the size that he always wears. He wore them at the beginning of his first game and they were slipping off of his heel. We could not get them tight with the laces enough to stay on his foot comfortably. We returned them but were only refunded half of the monies that we paid for them. I will never use bowling.com again for anything.

My last two pair of shoes had worn out at the toes and came completely apart. Part of that is my slide/stop style and part is cheap materials and manufacturing by today's shoe companies (yes, even less expensive Dexter shoes). When I read about the reinforced toe area in these shoes and the overall technology, I knew they would match what I was looking for. The price on these shoes is very high, but so far they are perfect on the lanes. They feel comfortable, but not loose. They are not bulky as others have described and they keep your forward slide motion as consistent as any shoe I have ever used (bowling 40+ years). If you can spend over $200 getting a new ball then you can/should be able to afford these.
