Step 1：Select desired color, fill the crack with a filler stick.
1. If there is a hole，please warm the wax a bit before use to soften it , it will fill hole more easily.
2. If the color is not what you want, we suggest that you can mix in a couple of the other filler colors.

Step 2：Retouch the surface by drawing over scratches with touch up marker.
1. You can blended several shades of markers on each piece.
2. Start with the lightest color, if the first pass proved to be too light, you can went back over it with the same marker or shifted to a darker shade.
3. For better perference, please make sure the previous color is already dry before you blend other shades.

Step 3: Wipe away any excess crayons or markers with a dry cloth.
1. If you use the repair crayon to fill the cracks or holes in the furniture, please wait patiently for the filling to completely dry. The drying time depends on the filling area.
2. If you use the repair marker alone, you can gently wipe the surface of the furniture with a dry cloth after waiting for one minute.

5 STARS! I rarely give a five star review because I feel there’s always room for improvement, but this product definitely deserves 5 Stars!! I was about to spend thousands on a brand new bedroom set, but this restored my nightstand to almost brand new! There are no words!! I wasn’t looking for perfection, however, this product made it look like it was brand new again!Note however, I did not follow the insert instructions to a T instead, I followed a YouTuber. I started with the lightest color first… I would shade it in… Then immediately wipe it off with the paper towel. Then I would go to the next shade up, shake it in, and wipe it off with the paper towel. I colored over it with the marker to make it blend… And wipe it off with the paper towel immediately. I kept doing this process until I matched the color of the grain / striatations of the wood. Once I was finished, I went over it with an oil based wood cleaner almost immediately, and that even did all out.See the pictures that I took! It’s not perfection, but it’s definitely to my standard! I could not be any happier with the result!!!!

This kit has a nice range of colors, and I keep finding new uses. Touching up furniture, erasing dings on my guitar, masking wear on baseboards, and so forth.

First, I want to point out that the colors that came with the smallest set cater more to darker woods. This wasn’t a problem for me and seemed pretty true to the pictures within the preview for the product. The attached photos had me using the lightest marker color for the base.I found the markers and wax sticks easy to use, but I was also touching up minor cosmetic details. The box states that the wax can be melted to fill deeper abrasions if needed. I experimented a bit by doing one portion (the scratch near the drawer’s handle) using only the markers. For the scratches around the edge of the drawer, I used the wax marker to smooth the surface and then color matched as best I could. (The wax one looks nicer in my opinion. The directions also say to use the wax first, so not super surprised haha. Just wanted to test it out)I’m satisfied with how it looks. The cover up is most noticeable to me because I know where the old scratches were.

Ho acquistato questo kit per correggere graffi su parquet causati dalle unghie dei miei due gattini. Devo dire che con un po’ di impegno il risultato c’è , chiaramente i graffi più profondi si mascherano ma rimangono , nelle foto potete vedere prima e dopo il trattamento. Io ho utilizzato le cere che sono più semplici e se si sbaglia si può pulire mentre i pennarelli sono indelebili quindi se non è propio lo stesso colore si vede la macchia del pennarello. Peccato che nella gamma marroni ci siano solo tre tonalità, sarebbe bello avere un kit con solo colori legno da poter mixare in base al colore del listone che ovviamente non è omogeneo. Comunque utile per me lo consiglio

Nice assortment of accurate colors. They go on easily and resist wearing through. These are great for any use of furniture touch up.

I used these on a few pieces of furniture, the results were really good- although I did need a bit of practice. The colours were more varied & versatile than I realised.The ink pens dry really fast, and sometimes the best results came from mixing colours a bit- which kind of took some experimentation & possibly some luck. So definitely needs a bit of practice & steady, quick hands!

Como podéis ver en la primera fotografía, mi suelo estaba muy desgastado por diferentes macetas que tengo en casa.Tras unos 15 minutos de aplicar diferentes rotuladores, mezclándolos y limpiando tras cada pasada con una servilleta; el resultado es estupendo!Mañana repetiré el proceso para dejarlo “perfecto”!.Sin lugar a dudas, es una gran compra!En un futuro, si lo vuelvo a necesitar, no dudaré en comprarlo de nuevo!Estoy contentísimo!

BUYER BEWARE: You first need to practice using this set on scrap wood or pieces of furniture you don't care about. Once you get the hang of exactly how much to apply and when to wipe it off, it works fantastically!DETAILS: I spent almost an entire day walking around my house fixing all our furniture from the past 10 years of wear and tear (we have two rambunctious kids, so there was a LOT of damage). I ended up using almost all the marker colors, because our farmhouse style employs all kinds of looks. Our furniture looks brand new now! It even worked on our laminate cabinets and bookshelves, which I was not expecting!I will say that I did mess up a few pieces at first (see warning above). When using the markers, I suggest you apply a thin coat and IMMEDIATELY wipe/dab with a paper towel. Repeat until you get the desired effect. You can always add another coat if it's not dark enough, but if you wait too long to wipe it some defects (depending on the type of wood) will absorb too much of the stain and appear darker than the rest of the piece. I noticed a lot of variance in how the wood took up the stain between my furniture pieces, so being conservative pays off. I even mixed a few markers to get the exact match I wanted. Came out great! I didn't find the crayons helpful, personally, though I see other customers did.KEEP IN MIND: If your wood furniture is in a room that gets a lot of natural light, it is very likely that you will be able to see the difference in colors between the touched up area and the original stain. There is no way to get an exact match with one of these kits. But this kit gets real close. I don't mind this because I'd rather it be close than leave an obvious, light-colored gouge or scratch that exposes the natural wood underneath. The only other option would be to sand and restain the entire piece--and ain't nobody got time for that!
