I am a fan of DWALT tools. I have all of them and during last few years switched all of them to wireless. This particular tool however is disappointing. The blade clipping mechanism is weak. Blade gets stuck and unclips even in 3/8 OSB. It happens very often. It's heavy compared to my old wired saw, and the battery doesn't last very long.

I have a collection of DEWALT tools, so buying this was a no-brainer. I mainly use it for pruning jobs and for cutting down small trees where it excels using a Diablo pruning blade. I previously used a small chainsaw for these jobs, however, the reciprocating is both safer and can also be used to cut out tree roots.

Very sturdy, heavy duty reciprocating saw! Also purchased separately the 60Volt battery and the price for both were items were less than Big Box stores! Please with these items!

I used the saw over the weekend for the first time and was very surprised with the power and how long the batteries lasted. I used a 9H battery which I highly recommend using. I cleared a lot of 20 year old shrubs and several 4" diameter trees with no problem. Very happy with my new saw. The only down side is that it is more heavy than my old one.

I would use speed demon diablo blades and cut through 2" steel like butter for 3-9 clean cuts, had sludge run down battery and tool inlet destroyed 15 A.H. 60V battery! Badass tool, been meaning to upgrade... hustle harder when whoppers don't pay!!!

I use this to cut cast iron pipe, 9" tree branches, galvanized pipe, and it's unstoppable. Great saw, it's a little heavy, but that's expected. Lighter than a chain saw, more convenient than a cutting torch.

Crazy powerful! Hang on tight!Not being able to turn the blade 90° is a downer...but it's power makes for it! Great saw...a tad heavy...and a rafter hook of some sort would be handy
