Purchased this to remove rust from undercarriage of neglected MN vehicles. Purchased this and straight bristle wire brush. I have cheaper versions that are sold on AmazonI had difficulty with this brush catching often, Can rip of your skin even with heavy gloves. Won't be using it like this again. Straight bristle were more effective in tight spaces.Well made and bristles stayed together.Won't be using in similar situations.

Initially, I had a flat brush for my grinder, but this cup is very comfortable for flat surfaces. The wires do come undone, but not as fast as I would think. I mainly use it to clean some metal before I start welding as well as quickly taking off slag from a weld.I will definitely buy it again once I use up this one.

I use these a lot and the Dewalt brand seems to last a little longer. I use it to remove weld spatter and rust on my metal projects.

Had a few pavers that sank after a poor job of prepping the subgrade. This tool made quick work of cleaning the old polymeric sand that was stuck/glued to the sides of roughly 3 pallets of pavers, in order to repaver the entire area.

I use this to clean off welds before paining. It takes out the weld spatter just fine and also cleans off light rusting on the steel.

I was feeling guilty about how hard I was pushing this brush on sharp rough steel all day after day for a full week and it still worked great . I must say I have never had a brush hold up to that kind of abuse. Worth the extra premium.
